The London Minicab service is a small independent family operated business, which was established in October 2011. The business was founded and currently managed by Anthony Delicata. The London Minicab service covers the whole of the London area including all major UK airports, national railway stations and ports. We also offer a personal direct service to all major UK tourist hotspots at very competitive prices. The company has established itself within the SW1 area of London where numerous hotels and small businesses acknowledge the personal care offered and have opted to use our services over major competitors. The company strives to offer all clients a professional, reliable and competitively priced service which is tailor made to each individuals needs. The London Minicab Service has a full LTPH license and all drivers undergo a full CRB Check. We operate a pre booking service only and require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

From first contact for a quote request, through scheduling and round trip pickup, we found the service incredibly communicative organized, responsive, helpful, timely and kind. London mini cab (LmC)had competitive pricing, provided us with clear details on their process, and our questions & concerns were answered promptly by email, text and an after hour office number was provided once scheduled. When our flight delayed, we were especially reassured being able to communicate by text to the Director Mr. Delicata and by WhatsApp with our driver Mr. Galletti.
After reading MANY OTHER London car service reviews on Trip Advisor, we found it unsettling to read incidents of drivers not showing or coming late or missing the driver when flights delay. We were continually reassured by the LmC’s process and responsiveness that our driver would arrive AND on time and there would be little chance for missing the driver at LHR . Our experience with the professionalism of the Director, reassured us the same would be true of our driver, Mr. Galletti, and it was.

Great company! Needed transfer from Heathrow to hotel for our daughter and 2 other students for a study abroad program, all 3 arriving from different cities at close to the same time. Anthony emailed a quote with options for potential delays. Once a plan was set, a secure payment link was sent and he kept us informed of driver information the day before arrival. Even after an accident caused driver to be late, we were kept informed so to know why the unexpected delay. Driver Ali was helpful, informative, and professional and our daughter and her fellow students were really appreciative and felt they were in good hands. Ali safely delivered them to their hotel. Gladly use them again on our next trip to London!

My family used the London Minicab Service for our airport transfers between London Heathrow and our accommodations in South London. Anthony was very responsive in the scheduling and provided helpful tips to organize our transfers, which included a layover at Kew Gardens while we waited to be able to check-in to our rooms. Our driver, Ali, was prompt, friendly, and full of information; and the cost was very fair for transporting a family of four with all of our bags. I will definitely use them again on my next trip to the UK.

Couldn't recommend London Minicab Service enough! Anthony was highly communicative and helped us plan our taxi service for our entire family. The two trips that we booked with him were flawlessly executed. Our driver was very kind, always punctual, and accommodating. Both Anthony and our driver responded very quickly to phone calls/text messages.
Our experience really helped give us peace of mind, knowing that our transportation to and from multiple airports were set.

London Minicab Service provides outstanding customer service! I booked in advance of embarking on a 15 day international trip where I spent my last few days in London.
An email reminder was sent to me about 48 hours prior to my pick up date. I wasn't able to access email while traveling. Here is where the customer service went above and beyond: When I did not reply to the email, I received an international call via What's Ap. Not expecting a call I did not answer. After I refused the call a text message came in from Anthony asking if I received confirmation --the drivers photo , car info, etc. I had mixed up my days, thought I was flying Sunday, when indeed I was scheduled to fly Saturday.
If it wasn't for the patience and kindness of London Minicab Service following up with me I would have missed my flight home. London Minicab followed up by email, phone call and text when I failed to reply . The error was all mine , I'm thank full that Anthony took the time to reach out to me , such outstanding customer service should be the Hallmark of all service related industries.
I can't say enough good things about London Minicab Service, the attention to detail , the respect and concern for their clients far exceeded my expectations.

We have been using London Minicab for business and personal travel for a couple of years now and can honestly say we feel so fortunate to have found them. Communication with Anthony is always thorough and timely. The drivers are always friendly and completely reliable. For our most recent booking my daughter was making her first solo trip back to the States from the University of York. She was picked up at Kings Cross Station for a ride to Heathrow. The driver and contact information they provide 24 hours before pickup allowed for my daughter to quickly contact them and let them know she had missed her train and would be arriving a little later. All handled expediently before I was even aware there was a problem. A huge relief for a nervous mom like myself. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

We were extremely pleased with London Minicab Service for our airport transfer from Heathrow to our Inn in the southern Cotswolds area. While arranging our transfer, Anthony responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner and worked to ensure our pickup coordinated well between our two incoming international flights. Nestor was waiting for us as we exited baggage and was very a very professional. courteous, and safe driver. The clean and comfortable van provided was a perfect fit for our group of five adults with luggage. We highly recommend London Minicab Service for your transportation needs.

We hired London Minicab Service for airport transfer from Heathrow to our rental house in London. Ali was our driver and he was incredibly kind and thoughtful, we were exhausted after an overnight flight and he was so welcoming and helpful. We hired him again for the return transfer to Heathrow at the end of our trip and he was once again kind and helpful as well as thoroughly professional, right on time, and pleasant to work with. I’ve recommended Ali and London Minicab Service to my friends and family and would happily recommend to anyone visiting London. Thank you so much!!

It is unfortunately the worst weekend of the year to get around London in any motor vehicle due to the excessive amount of road closures.
Past experience has only showed that it is near enough impossible to fulfill any requirements from clients. Therefore, we have decided to close the business on this weekend rather than take on work we simply cannot guarantee to complete.
I would be very careful with any firm accepting your booking as there is a very strong possibility you will be let down.
I have attended the event personally to get a better understanding of what other riders do. Most of which said they cycled to the starting line up or took the underground.
Feel free to revert back to me anytime and I will give you the best advice I can.

Thank you all for your responses. We have contacted, answered and assisted Marcos enquiry via e-mail earlier this week.
For future reference we have a variety of vehicles that can easily fit the amount of luggage he is travelling with. A large majority of our vehicles are exactly the same if not bigger than those of Addison Lee.

We quote a price for airport transfers which are inclusive of car park fees and waiting time for the first 30 minutes. Any additional car park fees will be added to your fare.
We generally agree a meeting time after your plane has landed which in most cases avoids any additional fares added to your transfer.
