We thoroughly enjoyed this play. The actors were very talented although some could have projected better and annunciated more clearly as they were occasionally hard to hear and/or understand. We were not far from the stage. It had been decades since I saw the movie of the same name so the twist at the end was a surprise. The change in the actor was portrayed brilliantly. The entire cast was excellent - well done!

Purchased a ticket at the last minute and absolutely glad I did. I sat in the “nosebleed” seats but didn’t miss a word. Acting was top notch and the set design was fantastic. Due to the venue space you felt like a real attendee at a trial. If you’re a theatre nerd, purchase the program so you can read about everyone involved.

Wow!!! What a fantastic show! We didn’t really know what to expect on booking this play but it is by far the best play I’ve ever seen. The county hall venue is beautiful and a lovely setting, much different to a regular theatre. We were in seats c74 and c75 which were fantastic seats and don’t think we could have had better seats. Any lower the third row back and you would have been looking up at the stage whereas we were level with the actors. I’m not sure the Jury seats would have been worth the money as not a great view of the judge and the witness box. Highly recommended show!!!

Criminally outstanding! Witness for the Prosecution is one of the best productions I have seen in a long time. Every one of the actors was so professional and worked so hard to entertain.Probably not to everyone’s taste but I’d definitely go again. Loved it ! Big thanks to all involved

I watched the evening performance with my daughter on Saturday 30th March. We sat in row E, seats 128 and 129 and we had a great view. First of all, the ‘theatre’ is perfect; it’s atmospheric and lends itself to the movement of cast members around the set. The actors themselves are truly outstanding. It was unbelievable to think that they’d already performed in a matinée earlier in the day. They were convincing, with excellent timing. It is clearly a polished production and we liked how the sets were changed in a synchronised manner. Like all London theatre, tickets are not cheap, but they are worth it. My daughter didn’t know anything about the plot beforehand and said it was the best thing she’d ever seen. I have previously watched the Marlene Dietrich film, so was familiar with the story and intrigued as to how it would be presented as a live version. It’s very impressive and I’ll be suggesting my husband and son go and watch, so I can see it again! Well done to everyone involved. Your standing ovation was well deserved. I highly recommend this production. My only constructive criticism is that there isn’t much seating in the bar area and there aren’t really sufficient ladies’ toilets for the interval dash!

What a show! It was the first time I had been in a court room to watch a show. Splendidly done! Unbelievably real! I would never have guessed the ending! Grab a seat in the front and you might end up being part of the Jury! Bravo! Great acting! See it before it closes !

Went with 3 generations to celebrate a special birthday. Our ages ranged from 17-80 and we all agreed that this was a brilliant play with great acting! Fantastic alternative theatre setting which really added to the whole plot experience. A must for any who dun’it theatre fans.

This was a brilliant play in a wonderful setting with a real twist at the end. Can’t recommend enough. The staff at the venue couldn’t have done more to accommodate me and my 90 year old aunty, without me even asking. You saw what we needed and just swooped in and helped. Thank you so so much

An absolutely fantastic performance, and a must see for everyone. It was my first time seeing a play, and wow I was totally enthralled by the story, the actors, the venue and all the staff. It was amazing. It's a small cozy venue, I had seat B42 which had a brilliant view.

An absolutely spellbinding performance—this is a must-see for everyone. Experiencing my second-ever play, I was utterly captivated by the gripping story, the stellar actors, the enchanting venue, and the attentive staff. It was a night to remember. I surprised my wife for her birthday, and our seats next to the jury in Row F (155 and 156) were perfect. The immersive experience made me feel like I was inside the movie. Highly recommended!
