Helpful staff as always compensated for completely inadequate hall directions. Exhibition itself was a pleasingly navigable size with good mixture of old and new exhibitors. Black stain/polish smeared along the handle of downward carpark elevator not a nice end to a productive day.

Quite agree with other reviews that TIHS seems to have gone downhill over the years and my husband and I both agreed that this visit would be our last. There was little to inspire, lots of hard sell and some downright rudeness from some vendors...More
