Join us for a paddleboarding adventure on the most scenic stretch of The Regent's Canal from Camden Town, through Regent's Park and passing the London Zoo. Our tours are open to all levels and all equipment is provided. Simply bring your sense of adventure and we will do the rest. A beautiful way to see London from a different perspective.

Would HIGHLY recommend SUPing with Paddleboarding London. We went for "Paddle and Prosecco" at Camden Locks for a hen do and had the best time. The instructors were amazing and it was such a brilliant way to spend the afternoon. I will certainly be returning!

I signed up for a group session in Camden, but as luck would have it, I was the only person for that session so got 121 tuition. Really excellent 90 minutes. Shore based instruction covering the basics to start, and then onto the water.
I had never managed to stand up really before on a paddle board, but Claire was an excellent teacher - really encouraging and clear in her communications. I ended up on my feet for most of the time (only went in the water twice!), and what an enjoyable time.
Plenty of traffic on the canal but Claire was brilliant at seeing what was coming and making sure I was prepared for the passing barges etc.
I will go again!

Brilliant first lesson. Very calm, no pressure, lovely instructors, in a small group.

Jen and Charles guided the group of 9 expertly and safely along the scenic Regent's Canal, on a superb sunny day in London. The paddleboards were sturdy enough, and there was no concern about the narrow boats and sightseers chugging past. It was truly a memorable outing

I booked a paddle and prosecco corporate team event through paddleboarding London and we all had an amazing afternoon on the river with Anu and Charlie. The information prior to booking was clear and concise and they were always on hand to answer any questions. They have good facilities with showers and changing areas available.
A few of us were a little apprehensive on the water being first timers but we need not have been. The instructors were very informative and they were kind & patient with our group. We really enjoyed their company. By the end of it with their expert support most of us had easily made it to standing.
It was such an enjoyable experience on a very picturesque stretch of the canal. Everyone was raving and wanting to go back for more. Huge hit, thank you. We hape to be back to see you again very soon.

I was visiting my GF who working in London so we decided to do paddle boarding something away from the hustle and bustle of London. Anu was our instructor who was amazing and made us feel welcomed. Explained everything well to make our experience an enjoyable one. We enjoyed the scenery and getting to grips with the paddle board techniques was great fun even get to see part of the Zoo near by. I would highly recommend the Camden Town private castle location to learn to paddle board.

My friends and I had never been on a paddleboard before so we weren't sure how wobbly we'd feel / how likely we were to fall in, but Tonya's reassuring guidance and positivity ultimately made it a really relaxing yoga session with an added challenge!
We progressed from sitting and making small movements to some more upright and ambitious moves, and were always given a more stable / secure option if we didn't feel ready. Gradually feeling our way to greater balance on the water actually added to the flow of the yoga.. incredible.

Sam & Tilda are amazing instructors! The time flew by exploring the Regent's Canal around Camden Town. Before getting in the water they gave us a good tutorial of how to paddle and what to do or not to do to avoid falling! Both Sam and Tilda were great at helping the group gel and were very encouraging of us challenging ourselves and standing up on the boards. A MUST experience for Londoners and visitors alike!
