Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Trip better than expected - was a blustery grey day but that just made for more enjopyable trip down the Thames. Good commentary, well organised. Would recommend - especially for the faster trip[s downstream once past the Police Quay...

Sophie and Charlene were great guides, it was beautiful evening and we loved the part of the tour when we were allowed to go very fast! Kids would happily go on again and again!

Where do I start. What an awesome experience. My career has seen me plying my local estuary for almost 3 decades on Tugs and Passenger boats, and I'm always looking for a new thing to try on the water. This has got to be right up there when it comes to entertaining passengers. Bill was our tour guide, and his sense of humour was so good, lol. You can't fly around everywhere flat out. There are areas with speed limits, and he filled those gaps in a very well delivered factual & comical way. He certainly had me in stitches here & there. I've worked on Harbour tour boats and delivered these talks myself. Trust me, he was very good. More importantly, all the safety aspects were dealt with (as they should be), but in a way that made it fun. Life jackets, do's & don'ts, and the chicken out symbol. Lots of points of interest, plenty of photo opportunities (at your own risk if you drop your phone), and Bill was also more than happy to take photos of us all, too. Oh, although embarrassing, I loved the "choir practice" in the Tower Bridge bascules excuse (the feet). Excellent way of getting the passengers to sing Happy Birthday as we passed beneath the bridge. I'm sure I'm not the first, but I'm definitely one of a small group of people who can say I had Happy Birthsay sung to me beneath Tower Bridge on their 50th. So I apologise to the passengers but also thank you all, wherever you may be in the world. The speed boat bit was fun, I'd have been more aggressive with the twists & and turns, but safety is important. Mind you, I have my sea legs, lol. Thanks to Quincy the coxswain too (not sure what you call the driver. Master?). It was an experience that made my milestone day more special. I didn't get time to go to your local Bill, but it's on my agenda next time we're in London. According to my wife, it's really easy to book online too.

Fantastic, we had a great time on this experience, Max greated us and made us feel very welcome. Ed was our guide and Alex was driving. Ed was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the sights as we slowly made our way down the Thames, then Alex takes over and opens the throttle weaving at high speed takes you on an exciting ride until it's back to the dock. We loved it. We would definitely recommend and definitely return.

Absolutely great! Some comedy, great sight seeing and thrilling ride. (Other than a seriously crazy hair situation after, it was the perfect activity). Ross did a great job with the tour! And Bill gave us an exciting ride. We did the one that went to the Thames barrier. So much fun!
