It's bad service provider. I don't like their support system and service. I'm never recommend anyone this.

We had a fantastic “Hidden London” tour yesterday. Great instruction from Alex on how to ride safely was followed by careful shepherding during the tour. It was an informative, entertaining and very enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours, and we all learned some fascinating facts. You will not be disappointed by this experience, even if you think you know the City. Thoroughly recommended…

A really great experience, I was a little nervous at first but it felt completely safe and really well run. Alex was informative, funny and good at leading a bunch of novices around town! I'd definitely do it again ☺️

Whilst celebrating my birthday in London a few friends and I decided to do an e scooter tour of London. It was excellent. Our guide Alex was great - his patience was much appreciated whilst setting us up with our scooters and the tour, whilst informative, was also fun! As it was Halloween weekend, we opted for the Villains of London tour. I’d definitely recommend this activity as an alternative way of seeing the city.

A very novel and fun tour largely on cycle lanes through some interesting parts of the City. Alex was a great host. We were escooter newbies but he made us all feel safe and looked after us well

If you would like to try escooter for touring, would definitely recommend it. Had fun. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FULL LICENSE AND APP INSTALLED IN YOUR PHONE PRIOR.
We did not do it which resulted in waste of time installing it. Alex was a really good, fun and patient guide. 9/10 for this because afterwards our legs were dead but worth it!

A really well organised, fun and informative afternoon. Alex was a brilliant tour guide and although I’ve lived in London for many years, he still managed to surprise me with things I hadn’t seen before and facts I didn’t know. This is a small, independent company and was a pleasure to support.
