Pricey but worth the experience.

It’s a pricey but worth an experience especially with good weather. The food was decent but the service and the “entertainment “ by the team was awesome. Definitely a must do.

Not cheap but a experience worth doing

This is the fourth time we have done this at the O2. Each year it gets better. The sky garden bar is set out with plenty of chairs near a small bar. There was a DJ playing, not everyone’s cup of tea.
Once strapped in we were gently lifted up 200 feet in a matter of seconds. Ursula was the lovely staff member who was looking after us. Offering wine / water keeping our drinks topped up, and serving us our meal.
The food was very nice. I had fish & it was a lovely flaky portion beautifully cooked. The chief was great too.
We had nice guests seated close by which added to a great time. Singing & participating in the party vibe.
The experience isn’t cheap, and probably overpriced for what you actually get. But for something different I’d say give it a go.
There’s toilets on site. So go before you go up.
We all had a great evening

Stolen money! Beware

Considering I've actually booked 3 times this year for the different times of day I would like to have left a good review however I paid for a birthday cake £40.00 that was not delivered on the day. Service not provided and one month later they have not refunded my money! This is theft! Despite me emailing, sending messages via instagram and messenger they have not paid my money back. Be very wary of this company as their customer service is terrible. Im assuming they don't have a telephone number because they are so rubbish they would be inundated with calls. I will now go all out to go there and try and find out who they are governed by as they've effectively broken a customer agreement of providing a service that has been paid for.

A good experience, over priced though

Pro's - well organised, lively staff, good safety checks and drinks were good.

Cons - expensive for what it is, they should advise the punters about the surrounding scenery/buildings so we know what we are looking at as well?

Just did the cocktails, wouldn't bother with the food flight.

Brilliant experience, me and a friend did afternoon tea on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Staff were brilliant and make the experience, join in and sing along, admire the views, eat yummy food, drink and enjoy.

Fantastic experience

Great experience, brunch in the sky with Freixenet Prosecco, one of the best experiences I have had . Great views of London from the sky. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. Special thanks to Richard the Chef and mega thanks to Charles who made the flight memorable and fun to be onboard.

Fun...but beware if you have food allergies.

Whilst the experience is fun and worth doing, having done this twice with two different friends I definitely wouldn't do it again as both times they haven't catered for the allergies of attendees.

Despite advising weeks in advance on the first visit I was given a smoothie that only when I asked as I know a lot of smoothies contain banana (my allergy) was I advised it did, They swapped it for OJ.

On the second visit the same thing happened again, despite them giving myself and my friend wrist bands which stated allergies. The smoothie was ushered away and replaced with OJ.

I'd stated in the menu choices that my friend was intolerant to cheese and upon check in checked and they confirmed the cheese sauce on the meal had been substituted.

Once served the sauce that appeared looked suspiciously like cheese sauce. I asked and was told by the chef it was vegan cheese sauce...it's still a cheese sauce...but then the host said oh know it's hollandaise! Total confusion!

My friend tried some and it was indeed cheese sauce so he left the majority of his meal which was a shame.

If they ask for allergies and intolerances they really should take it seriously rather than playing lip service to it.
