What a fabulous experience! I have wanted to do LDN in the sky for what feels like forever. A friend and I booked it to celebrate our birthdays. The weather on the day was a bit dodgy however we were kept up to date and the sun managed to come out for us!
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely special and all of the staff were welcoming and kind. The 2 ladies on the front desk were an absolute delight! We had Caroline, Ali & Michael as our bar staff and hosts and they did a great job. I felt extremely safe and the staff were very knowledgeable. It felt like a very covid secure environment also. The music was great!
The cocktails were absolutely delicious and I felt like they catered for such a wide audience. We had 3 cocktails each whist in the sky!
I had a Birthday cake too which they allowed me to take up. They had a really nice bar area which they allowed you to sit and drink. They have great music snd often live musicians.
Yes it is a slightly more expensive attraction to do in London however I feel like it was absolutely worth it. We went for the cocktails in the sky as it was a slightly cheaper option and then went out for a local delicious dinner afterwards along the river which I would recommend to others. Absolutely good value for money!
Book it!!!! You won’t regret it!

On the whole a very enjoyable experience. A belated present from my daughter (due to COVID restrictions). We went for afternoon tea.
Gorgeous day. Staff were lovely from the lady at the entrance, check in staff, to the staff serving us. It was good fun, singing to well known songs whilst 100ft in the air, to YMCA, Sweet Caroline, Football's coming home (Euro 2021).
I would have given a 5 rating, just felt the amount of food on the afternoon tea was stingy. 2 fingers of sandwich, a marmite pastry thing (I'm a marmite hater) , a small scone, 2 small macarons each and a small rhubarb custard tart. You are paying 95% for the experience of being 100ft in the air and 5% for the food. Prosecco is included (2 half glasses)
I must complement Aiden (might be Eden though unsure if heard name properly) who was a great host, very chatty and asked questions where we were from and what we did for a living.
The other downside we had was that someone arrived late so we had to go back down to let them on (they were at last 25 mins late) Considering you are asked to get there an hour early (though this is obviously a ploy to get you to spend on drinks £11.00 for a small cocktail) to get there this late was not fair to those of us who were on time.
Despite this I did enjoy the experience

Wow. What an absolutely brilliant experience this was.
We got a big smiley welcome we got from the young lady at Reception (despite her having to cope with extreme temperatures in the pavilion).
Then, as we sat in the stylish garden area, we got to listen to fantastically talented guitarist.
The organisation of the trip up in the air was superb. Every single member of staff – and there are a lot of them – helps to make sure you feel welcomed, comfortable and extremely safe.
Going up in the air is a real experience. The views are spectacular, and the sensation in like no other. I’m not usually good with heights, but I thoroughly enjoyed this.
The hosts keep everyone happy and engaged, and there’s a great party atmosphere up there. Connor was the host at our end of the table, and he really helped to make it a really special occasion. The brilliant chef (whose name we didn't catch – sorry) was super-helpful too, and created some fabulous food.
We were there for afternoon tea, which was fantastic. There was plenty to eat – the vegan option was particularly good, with an amazing coconut foam with the scrummy scones.
The Prosecco just kept coming, the songs kept being sung, and all too soon, we were back on the ground, exhilarated and elated.
There’s no rush to leave. You can sit in the deck chairs, and enjoy more of the great music while watching the next batch of revellers going up into the sky.
Do yourself a favour and book a place on here.

I enjoyed my trip on London in the sky. We were lucky enough to be sat down the end where most of the people were having a good time and celebrating a birthday. The views were great, and the whole experience was so much fun.
But I do think it is overpriced and the food is just average. We paid £109 each for afternoon tea per person and we were not even in the sky for 45 minutes. We only had about 15 minutes to eat our food once it had been served. The food was all straight from a packet and there is really no need for a ‘chef’ to serve it up.
The booking confirmation also says you need to arrive an hour early. This is clearly a technique to get you to buy more drinks before you get there. As you just end up waiting around for about an hour or so doing nothing and your only option is to drink.

The team is very friendly; the experience is safe and the views are great, overall a very good experience to do once BUT the food is TERRIBLE. I went for breakfast and even though the menu seemed very appealing, the ingredients seemed to be the most poor in quality. Basically had some Aldi looking small pancakes with some cream on top and a very awfully sweet sugary orange drink. Was very disappointed that COFFEE is not available up there...would not be that hard to transport, I think. You guys could up your game by offering a better breakfast so it justifies the very upmarket price you pay for...

I bought the lunch experience for both my partner and I as a birthday present. I booked this months in advance, only to receive an email 2 weeks before saying it won’t be open in time. As I have already booked and paid for non refundable trains and a hotel, this was very frustrating as I feel like more notice would have been better. I contacted them to ask for a full refund given the fact that it’s unreadable for us to be able to come another weekend and fork out train fares and hotel fares again. I would rather have the £270 back in my bank account and rebook if I want to. It has been over 2 weeks and I’ve had no response to my email asking for this refund. I have also since sent another email and contacted on Twitter and still heard nothing. This company is behaving like it’s a scam. Would appreciate if someone could get back to me urgently.

After a real rubbish start to the year with Covid lockdowns, my Husband and I decided to book something really special for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. I’d seen many posts on your Instagram page and London in the sky looked amazing and perfect for our Anniversary celebratory evening. We went ahead with our dinner booking for Wednesday 18th August @ 8:30pm.
We arrived almost an hour earlier to enjoy the evening and relax with a few drinks prior to our dinner experience. However, we weren’t called to our table until 8:50. I understand things can run over slightly from time to time but there was no explanation or even an apology given as to why they were running late. We finally got up in the air at 8:55. The food I have to say was delicious. But once the starters had been served and eaten, we were lowered back down to the ground! Again, with no initial explanation until I asked. We were told it was due to a discrepancy with food orders? But then only to witness that 2 people had been allowed to join us who were obviously running late but why were they permitted to join us 35 minutes later and also to tarnish ours and other diners experience by allowing this interruption!
There was very little atmosphere, not like the high expectations we had from posts off your Instagram page. The staff (albeit polite) seemed to have very little life in them to be quite honest! We were back on the ground 5 mins or so before the full hour was up not to mention the time wasted for allowing the late comers and having their seating safety checks.
Having paid £280 for this unique experience, I have to say we were left feeling rather disappointed with it all. I spoke with the staff at the exit to discuss our dissatisfaction only to be told she was “just the receptionist”! So were left feeling rather fobbed off! Most definitely how we weren’t expecting the evening to finish.

Oh my gosh.
As if we we suspended 100ft in the air, to eat lunch!
Absolutely incredible, we arrived 1 hour before our time slot as adviced so that we were able to have a drink and settle in.
Cocktails were beautiful however my only downside is.... It's pretty expensive it cost us £22 for 2 pornstar Martini's however it's a special day so it was okay.
It was our turn to take our seats, we were helped into our seat and secured by a harness. As a bigger girl it's always something that makes me a little anxious however I was put at ease, the ground staff were amazing!
Once up in the air our host Mike was amazing, he got everyone involved singing and clapping it was so much fun. We sang footballs coming home which really heightened everyones spirits.
Food was.... different.
Starter was pickled watermelon, tomato's and tofu..
Main course was salmon (which was incredible)
Dessert was (meant to be cheese cake) cream, strawberries, a couple bits of meringue and some jelly bits.
Food wasn't the best but then again that wasn't the main part of the experience so could deal with that. Wine was very nice and they weren't stingy with it!
Overall it was incredible and definitely something I would highly recommend!

We did a 3 course meal flight last night and the views were amazing, going up at 6.45pm meant we went up in the light and watched London turn dark from the sky. The food was also delicious with a couple of glasses of wine to go with it. My only critism would be the host, we found he only engaged with the side of the table that he was located at and forgot about the other end, he has a microphone for a reason and that's to make everyone feel welcome and involved. The other table that was up in the air at the same time seemed to all be having a blast with everyone involved and dancing whilst eating where as our atmosphere was very very flat and made the host look pretty rude.
I would recommend that when tables go up together, that each table should play the same music so it's the same experience for everyone as there were moments we had none on at all. I appreciate it was a dinner flight but entertainment is a big part of the experience & atmosphere. At the end of the day you all want to have a blast....not sit awkward and unengaged.

Whilst the experience is fun and worth doing, having done this twice with two different friends I definitely wouldn't do it again as both times they haven't catered for the allergies of attendees.
Despite advising weeks in advance on the first visit I was given a smoothie that only when I asked as I know a lot of smoothies contain banana (my allergy) was I advised it did, They swapped it for OJ.
On the second visit the same thing happened again, despite them giving myself and my friend wrist bands which stated allergies. The smoothie was ushered away and replaced with OJ.
I'd stated in the menu choices that my friend was intolerant to cheese and upon check in checked and they confirmed the cheese sauce on the meal had been substituted.
Once served the sauce that appeared looked suspiciously like cheese sauce. I asked and was told by the chef it was vegan cheese sauce...it's still a cheese sauce...but then the host said oh know it's hollandaise! Total confusion!
My friend tried some and it was indeed cheese sauce so he left the majority of his meal which was a shame.
If they ask for allergies and intolerances they really should take it seriously rather than playing lip service to it.

is there a chance of changing the prosecco for cocktails?
Written 16 March 2020
Doubt it, they weren't very accommodating, I contacted them after as I was advised to re compensation for table being brought down for 20 minutes, got acknowledgement for email, never heard from them again. We bought 4 cocktails pre flight, that was £56

Do you only get 1 glass of prosecco and plate of the cakes

I had cocktails and there were plenty, 3-4 and a birthday shot .
It was awesome.
