We did the Sherlock tour of London with Chris who's enthusiasm for the stories, films and locations had us fascinated for the whole 2 hours. We had to re-watch the Guy Richie films when we got home to try and spot the places we had just been to. Thanks.

Really enjoyable experience, showing many different locations, facts and trivia about Sherlock Holmes and many different landmarks of London. Our guide Chris was very knowledgable and was passionate about London and Sherlock Holmes alike. This created a really positive and light-hearted atmosphere for the whole two hours (nothing worse than 2 hours of awkwardness, with a stand-offish guide). Well worth... More

This is the tour led by Stephen Marcus. It seems to be called different things depending on where you read about it - but he only does the one tour and this is it! Stephen Marcus is everything I hoped he would be on this tour and more. He is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He is very approachable. When at... More

The towie tour was great, very enjoyable. Was taken to quite a few establishments that have featured on towie and even got to meet a few of the cast. Was definitely worth the money and would recommend to anyone that enjoys towie. The tour guide penny was lovely and friendly and had a lot of knowledge regarding towie.

Met Chris our guide just outside the Criterion Theatre - quite a large group of 30+ on the tour. He was amusing and informative and walked at a reasonable pace for everyone to keep up. Another colleague pulled up the rear. Tour took two hours but it whizzed past and very enjoyable morning.

Cannot recommend this enough.Fist and foremost your tour guide Stephen Marcus aka "Nick the Greek" from Lock Stock. Such a wonderful actor and vey down to earth and welcoming. He knows his stuff, he talks to you about the infamous Kray Twins, takes you round some of their old haunts and has a vast knowledge and insight into their lives... More

This new tour took us to all parts of London finishing at Speedy Cafe. This aspect was great however the tour guide, a Welsh chap, needs to present to his customers the facts they want to hear and not his own speculation and theories about the show. At one point we were asked to discuss what medical condition Sherlock suffers... More

To be honest I wasnt looking forward to this. I brought it as a Christmas present for my daughter as she loves Harry Potter and with the 2 for 1 deal I thought this would be a nice day out. How wrong was I, a comfortable coach with air con and a toilet and a brilliant tour guide Nicola, she... More

My Girlfriend and I had an enjoyable two and half hour walking tour round London taking in some of the sites as featured in Doctor Who. Our guide Dewi was a clear Doctor Who fan, complete with Tom Baker scarf and a sonic screw driver and had a lovely enthusiasm for the show. His pack of photos of the locations... More

My friend and I, who is a lot more au fait with the show than I am, took this tour yesterday. Our tour guide, Dewi, knew so much about not only the show but about Chelsea itself. He was a real trooper as he was suffering with a cold. I definitely recommend this tour if only to get a flavour... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
