We came here for a celebratory glass of champagne after getting engaged. Everything was perfect- the staff were lovely and explained their cocktail menu which we explored later in the evening. All drinks come with nice nibbles and the service was quick and attentive. It’s pricey, but well worth it considering the location, quality of drinks and ambience. A perfect evening! …

Whether meeting colleagues after work, concluding a business deal, or entertaining the lovely lady in your life, it is impossible to pick a better venue in London's West End.…

Visited here before going out to dinner for my fiancés birthday with friends, we ordered cocktails. Mine, which was the particular hotels signature cocktail, tasted of pure vodka and nothing else - but the others enjoyed theirs but were not worth the £18 each price tag. The service was shocking, we were there about 2 hours and were never offered a second drink when we finished our first. We were offered water with our cocktails but it never cam. And when we wanted to leave there was no one around to ask for the bill, when we did eventually ask no one came back to take the money. After 10 minutes we had to go up to the bar to pay, and they put on a 12.5% service charge for the privilege!!!! Not only would I never come back to this hotel, but I would never go to a Sofitel again. Absolutely rubbish.…
