Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did the transportation from London. They played Harry Potter movie on bus - great way to get in the mood! Studio was HUGE - we didn't have enough time to see it all. The gift shop is an amazing experience as well. We loved seeing the sets, all the special effects, etc. Would highly recommend!

I’m not a Harry Potter fan but went with family who wanted to go while they were in UK. I was pleasantly surprised how good the tour was, so interesting in how the films were made.
Easy parking very well organised.
My only negative was the food, I had a classic hot dog this was the worst hot dog I have ever had the skin was so tough and very bland and well over priced.
Well worth a visit but don’t eat there.

What a phenomenal experience. The tour is spectacular and really captures the magic behind the movies.

The best part of the experience are the employees. They are truly first class and are all about making the visit a memorable one!

This personal small group tour is a MUST DO for anyone who likes Harry Potter or just films in general. Having a dedicated tour guide was the best way to experience all the numerous sets, thousands of props, costumes, creatures, paintings, statues, models, and other items from the 10 year production run of the Harry Potter films!

Our tour guide Angelique was amazing! She is a true fan of Harry Potter and her love of the films really shines through in her professional presentation of this amazing place. She showed us so many props up close and gave us lesser known facts about the making of the films, and we will definitely do this tour again the next time we visit.

For our family, including a teen and young child, this was probably one of the best experiences on our trip to England! We had an amazing and memorable day, and highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely amazing experience. Kids loved it and was amazing to see the scene sets up.

Only gripe is how expensive everything is. Photos were extortionate alongside everything in the shop.

It was a very nice tour, even though we didn't had much time in each place (which is understandable, since we are supposed to visit three places in a short period of time). The highlight of the tour was our guide, Eugene. Very nice and helpful.

Very interesting to see how much work goes into film production. Butter beer tastes awful aand expensive but its a must to try . And you take plastic drinking cup home with logo on it.

Went here for my wife's birthday and took our 6 yo daughter

We had a truly fantastic day, we were allowed to go in before our alloted entry time as we got there early

Very friendly staff on arrival and throughout
The whole venue was clean and tidy and well signposted
Lots of clean welcoming toilets

The items within the attraction were very good to look at with information to read about each one if desired. Lots of things to look at, touch, explore, read about, play with

The cafe "halfway" (more like 2/3 of the way round) was very busy but to be expected. Okay priced but service was a bit slow

Spent about 5 hours there in total and would happily go back again tomorrow

The tour itself is amazing. The place is very clean, well organized and I saw several staff on occasions wiping down hand rails etc. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

But, the prices in the gift shop, café (£3 for a bottle of Coke, over £2 for a small water) and for extras like the photos on broomsticks are extortionate. I would loved to have treated my children to some photos and a souvenir but it was simply cost prohibitive. Yes I could of got a pencil for £1 but even a small toy / owl costing £15. And the photos on the broom sticks at £14... it was just too much.

Tour highly recommended but take your credit card!

For anyone who likes the Harry Potter films this is a must visit attraction. Having visited several times over the last few years the tour always has something new to see. This is a unique experience with numerous sets - most original, some recreated - hundreds of props, costumes, creatures, paintings, statues, models, and other items from the 10 year production run of the original 8 films, all beautifully and imaginatively presented. Loads of interaction, fun, fascinating facts and behind the scenes information to entertain and enthral the whole family and visitors of all ages. Good places to eat incorporated at the start/end and halfway through at the Back Lot Cafe. This is probably one of the best attractions in England and because of the attention to detail and excellent approach of the staff and all the people running and directing it just seems to gradually get better all the time. A great day out, thoroughly recommended.
