I recently had an incident where I broke my housemate's treasured David Bowie mug (it was an exceptionally beautiful mug). I thought all hope was lost when it was no longer on the website, but I got in touch via Instagram but the amazing ladies (Bianca and the two Julia's) reassured me they could still print the same mug and even offered the option of personalizing it. They were all so lovely and helpful and really put me at ease when I was seriously in the dog house! Such a pleasant experience and so nice to speak to someone so personable.
