The place itself is good and fun but to get in was difficult. We purchased our tickets in advanced with a set time, we arrive 5 mins before our designated time and to our surprise we had to line up to exchange our confirmation for tickets with the people that wanted to purchase tickets. The real problem was that out... More

I've been here twice and was an interesting experience walking through and encountering different celebrities. The train ride inside that leads to the entrance was a very nice twist. I took my mother-in-law here and my nieces from Canada and they all loved it

Me and my partner came here last weekend and it was complete cahos. People would try and form a que to take pictures with the wax figurines and others would just push there way through and would try and push you away whilst taking a picture. Me and my other half both agreed that members of staff should be scattered... More

We visited Madam Tussauds on 07.01.17 with our teenage daughters. Despite having pre-booked tickets we still had to queue for 30 minutes outside. Once inside it was extremely crowded making it difficult to get close to the exhibits or get a photograph. There were queuing systems for some of the more popular waxworks but generally you just had to take... More

It was a good experience. Some wax figures were not that good but some were just Wow. Loved 'Lady Diana' the most. Sportsmen figures and scientists figures were great. Harry Potters experience is a Must Must do. And 4D movie was good. Overall a nice experience. 👌

Going to Madame Tussaud's was an ok way to pass an hour or so of time. Now we've been we probably wouldn't go again. Having read the reviews about the wait time beforehand, we got there for 9.30 on a Sunday morning. We were the only people in the queue and got let in straight away. Some of the statues... More

A great place to visit and a lot of fun! I really enjoyed my visit here though I feel it's a bit expensive for what you actually get. The only thing I was disappointed with was the gift shop at the end. Being someone who likes to buy memorabilia from places I've visited, there was nothing that actually had 'madame... More

I took my 14 year old. Quite a luxury and interesting to see once. Some of the waxworks are good but some look very fake. Interesting for kids to have.a model of their hands made...did that but extra cost- completely understandable. Some of it melted on return home where the temps are so high 😁 Do prebook your tickets online... More

We visited Madame Tussaud's with out daughter and elderly mother. Ticket price was £35 on the day but we had 2-4-1 vouchers. Mother has mobility problems and so we were allowed to use the disability access but found that we were confronted by a flight of stairs to get to the lift! We did ask if there was any other... took my 13 yr old for his birthday, staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful, place is very busy but got to see all the waxworks, the cinema experiance was fab, and the taxi journey inside was such good fun, only thing i would say is that you dont give people a choice on the cinema experiance and you have...
