After a great week in London, we were going to round off our trip by visiting Madame Tussauds. Reading your details on the website, it seemed perfect getting priority access so that we could skip the lines and go through door 2. On arrival it was clear this event was very poorly organised and we, as a group, were excited... More

Wet this week and whilst it was busy (half term) it was still a very good experience. Have to say, some of the models are better than others but loved the London Fashion Week and Royal Family Photo experiences.. Now have a wonderful photo of us with the Royal Family. Plenty to see but not as many as I was... More

This is a great venue and the wax figures extremely well done but there are so many people that it's often difficult to even get near the figures. So from the beginning, very pleased how quick it was to get in even with the big queues but we did have pre-printed tickets so that is very efficient but once you... More

Made the mistake of visiting in half term so busier than I expected. Some of the waxworks are superb, some are not. For me the highlight was the 4D theatre at the end, I am a sucker for these so loved all 10 minutes. Admission is hefty but you can get a 2 for 1 through all sorts of outlets.... More

Bringing my teenage brother, who has Down syndrome to Madame Tussaud's in London was a really wonderful experience. I wish I had have taken the name of one young lad and one girl who work here because they were so helpful and accommodating to sean and I. The young lad brought us straight through the long crowds (as my brother... More

I came here as a little girl and couldn't remember what it was like. On this second visit, its more enjoyable as I know all the people. They are so real you think some of the wax works are going to move. And alot of the works are very current. A great attraction when doing tourist things in London. Works... More

Great day out, about 3 hours to look around. Used our merlin premium passes, so no queuing, first year of having them. Worth every penny and a great visit. Children want to go back already.
