My 4 year old daughter and I visited with our Merlin Premium passes in half term. Don't believe the website when it tells you passholders need to pay £1 each to book a time slot, after joining the queue an employee came round asking for passholders and ushered us straight in! The aquarium itself is well laid out with a... More

Was to be honest a little bit disappointed with our visit it wasn't quite what we had expected having visited other sea life aquariums. It was very busy which made it hard to keep an eye on the children let alone see any sea life I thought it was very overpriced I fully understand that the aquarium is important as... More

Kids wanted to visited and really enjoyed it. We have visited the one local to us and we didn't like it. But kids did like this one. Some is closed due to renovation but they have reduced the tickets. Small queue and was in within 10mins. Kids liked the shark and string rays. The walk way tunnel isn't as large... More

Not cheap but simply fantastic! Well organized, very helpful staff and so much to see and experience. Defiantly one of the highlights from the recent trip to London.

Not such an interesting place to be honest, and even a little bit waste of time. You can do other things at this time. For those who like the real sea world and aquarium I think the big name will come with a big disapointment. I was at the Aquarium in Barcelona and it's 100 times better from this place!

I will preface my review by stating that one should support their local aquarim which do a tremendous job in preservation of sea critters. Now with respect to the Sea Life London, I was a bit disappointed, London being a world class city, I was expecting more. That said we have been spoiled by visiting the Toronto Aquarium, which is... I went to London aquarium a week ago and was rather disappointed. It was very busy and the lack of aquatic creatures made it difficult to fully enjoy it. One positive thing was the penguins as you could get very close to them and get good pictures.

My brother and I know a lot about fish so we really wanted to go there. We loved it, my 4 year old sister loved it, my mom loved it and even my dad who wasn't sure if he wanted to do it. It was the biggest aquarium I've ever been to and there was adventure everywhere you turned! The... More

Ok me and my partner visited in half term and yes it took around 20 minutes to get in. We had booked an online slot, but hadn't appreciated that half term was earlier this year. The staff did their best to get us in, although the London Dungeon queue snaked through the middle of the aquarium queue and caused congestion.... More

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
