These tours are great. Best way to see a new city and get your bearings. Staff are excellent and the add on Thames river cruise was superb. Fully recommended.

The staff at London bridge were very rude. I simply asked one man when was the next red tour due, he looked me up and down then said "stupid white man" then he walked away and lay on the grass.

You can purchase it online, it's cheaper and saves time. Otherwise you can buy it at the bus stop.

Hi! You can buy a Classic ticket (24 hours) from your hotel concierge, our website, at bus stops from our on-street staff and at certain attractions (such as the London Eye). I hope this helps! Shakirat
