Interesting shop that has an extensive range of tea and tea paraphernalia and staff that are extremely helpful but slow as they look after one person at a time which is rare nowadays as most places do not have such good customer service

This is an interesting shop that is bigger than it looks on the outside as well as having everything that you could expect to find that relates to tea or what tea can be drunk from or prepared in Do go and have a look as it is So different from the chains of tea and coffee places

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. As well as a wide range of tea they have information and tea making equipment. Very professional and they clearly care about their products and service.

Delightful little shop with so much choice and the chance to smell all the teas ( for me this is a must before buying teas ). The tea is such a goon price, such a shame the pretty cups and tea pots where a bit over budget.

I've only recently discovered this place (searching on the internet for (good quality loose leaf tea at a reasonable price) and although I have not visited it personally I have ordered on-line twice. Website is informative, interesting and easy to use. Orders came well packaged and were prompt. Tea was divine. Highly recommended.

This is a shop located close to Neals Yard or the Covent Garden underground. They have teas of a great variety. I'm an Earl Grey lover, so when I'm in London I always go here for buying teas. My favorite is Earl Grey Superior. More bergamots in it. Don't hesitate to ask the staff about teas. Another tea that is... More

*If your looking to drink tea right away, this isn't the place. It's for purchasing tea to make later* With that disclaimer said, this place is as advertised; a great place in London to pick up some tea products!

Visited Covent Garden a few times but never stumbled upon his shop until now. It is an aladdin's cave of tea and teapots and numerous tea drinking cups, etc. I purchased the Celestial Green Jasmine tea and although I wasn't able to taste it in the shop you can inhale the loose teas in jars. Having tried it at home... More

I have a passion for good Teas from around the World. I am not satisfied with commercial brands that you can find at the supermarket because I like traditional tea and real flavours. I discovered The Tea House in Covent Garden after a long path of tea shops in London. Here I was able to find a very good selection... More

This was a little shop in Covent Garden filled with various teas (Asian and British), pots and kettles and a selection of souvenirs, with average pricing. Would be nice if there was tea to try or smell, and the staff was helpful but not over the top. Otherwise, it was a near-iconic tea store with some great tea selections and... More
