Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Sloane Street comes off Sloane Square and there are a number of fancy shops along this street. The majority of these are out of most people's price range but it's nice to dream.

It's quite easy to get to from Sloane Square tube station which is served by the Circle and District lines.

My favorite neighborhood in London! Stroll down Kings Road and shop the many boutiques. Stop at a cafe for an espresso or simply get lost in the neighborhood. Check out The Pavillion. Lots of restaurants and a wonderful bakery. Walk down Sloan Street and shop all the designer boutiques!

Ooh rather posh here. On a serious note some great high end branded shops and it wasn't crazy busy like Oxford Street. If you fancy blowing a few grand this street could be for you! Chanel, Fendi, Audermars Piguet, Prada....whats not to like?

Thank-you so much for your kind words Paul and it's great to hear you enjoyed Sloane Street. Were you also able to visit nearby Pavilion Road which offers the best artisan and independent shops, located in a beautiful, cobbled mews? We hope to see you back in Chelsea soon.

Sloane Street is one of the top streets for the high end shopping in London. You can find most of the stores in Harrods but they don’t have the full range on offer. Excellent!

We walked down here one Sunday morning window shopping in all the shops along this street. We also enjoyed looking in at the beautiful private park along this road too.

This hotel used to have, a really great outside veranda at the back of the hotel. It was a designated smoking area for both hotel guests and outside visitors, which was served by dedicated staff for both food and drink. A wonderful cross section of people enjoying the space.
Now it seems there is an unwelcome wind which has drifted in, since the area was renovated. Staff are outwardly seeking to make you unwelcome unless you're willing to partake in Shiskha at 45 pounds a hit ..... gone are the the days it seems when you could roll up after work have a couple of bottles of wine with friends after work ... now we're actively been asked to leave ....Its become an unpleasant atmosphere ... so sad

Thank-you for your review, however this is the listing for Sloane Street, not the hotel. Wishing you a great day and we hope to see you in Chelsea again soon.
