I use Paddington station several times a week, and there's always building work going on somewhere ... whether it's renewing the Bakerloo line escalators (now complete) or the food court (still in progress). Good points include improved accessibility (lifts & escalators) and excellent displays of...More

I have a great affection for Paddington Station. For three years when I lived in Kensington I took the Intercity express out of here every morning to work in Reading. I enjoyed the spacious interior with its bulging glass roof in all sorts of light,...More

It's likely if you come from Heathrow you will go through this station. It's very clean and efficient. Everything is well signed.

We arrived here via the high speed train from Heathrow. It was busy with about 11? platforms, but was very easy to exit and re-enter as it is very open and all on 1 level. The mian entrance is wide open with no doors or...More

This is a big transport hub! Lots of food on offer and the rail platforms are easy to find. The queues for purchasing tickets can be quite long.
