I would be visiting London in the month of February. i require taxi service for 5 days to visit places like Cotswolds, Bath, Oxford, Stonehenge, Stratford, Bibury, etc. We are only 2 people. How much would it charge if we want to travel to and fro to these places everyday from our hotel in London?

I don't think Michael would drive you back and forth. He is in the business of providing tours of London. But you could ask him. You never know.
