Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took the Westminster Tour with Sinead this morning and it was superb. Not only were we treated to a well explained tour, we got to within 10 feet of King Charles' motorcade as he and the Queen were headed to Buckingham Palace. Even received a wave from the King.

Our guide, Daisy, was a gem - knowledgeable, friendly and kept us engaged throughout the 2 1/2 tour. We saw all of the iconic spots we were promised. Easy to hear her commentaries and she let us take pics as needed.

We went on the East End & Street Art tour and were guided by a very enthousiastic guide. Unfortunately, he wasn't a native speaker so it was quite difficult to understand him as we aren't native speakers as well. Sometimes he only knew things in Spanish and our Spanish isn't that good ;-) The tour started at 5PM and by the time we arrived at the real street art, it was dark so we got to see pictures on a tablet that were taken by daylight to illustrate what we were looking at. While walking through London we saw more street art than we saw during the tour and sometimes we walked passed beautiful murals but they weren't adressed during the tour. And for us, a statue in the street isn't street art ;-) so the first stops weren't very interesting as we had other expectations. We expected lots more and were quite dissapointed at the end of the tour. It would be so much nicer to have a local street artist guide the tour - someone who really knows the artists, the backgrounds and the scene.

I did the City of London tour and learnt lots of things about London that I didn't know, even after living here for a while now.
The guide, James, was great and had a really good sense of humour. Plus his English was very clear even though he is from the north. ;)
Thanks very much James, I totally recommend you!
