Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I've visited this venue for several gigs since its opening in 2007 and have always enjoyed myself here. The live music space is just one part of a wider arts hub that includes four former Jubilee Line tube trains perched on the building's roof, which make it a pretty iconic sight on approach. These trains now house various artists and although they cannot be visited, there is much street art around the complex (including London's largest dedicated street-art wall which is re-painted every three months) to compensate. The venue itself is a good sized room with a decent sound-system and clean sightlines to a slightly low stage. I've had a few problems in the past with the door staff, but on my most recent visit they could not have been any more polite and friendly. The programming here in recent years has been very strong and covers a wide range of genres, so check the listings as there's a good chance that you'll be able to find something worth watching here.

This venue is terrible, with overpriced drinks, always long queues for toilets, queues for smoking area, smoking area is very small, and bouncers are aggressive, they manhandled my mate out of the crowd on suspicion of him doing drugs when he didn't have any. Please do not go here !
