Very interesting Tour. The guide made it more realistic by been in character and interacted with the group. I do think the projective pictures could have been more clear.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour, the dark, dismal night added to the atmosphere. Mick was a brilliant guide, really enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the history of the area. Teenage daughter really enjoyed herself too- no grumbling about the amount of walking!

Met the tour guide at Whitechapel Art Gallery after we had pre booked. Tour left on time and walked around various spots and places of interest in the history of Jack the Ripper. Yes,of course, you could just walk around yourself and Google stuff but you would miss the knowledgeable and obviously passionate commentary by Mick! He was an excellent... More

Our ripper vision tour was one of the best things we have done for a long time it was so good we would do it again just to see Jonny the tour guide and his love of the subject. this tour would be one of the best things that anyone could do and just for the price of a cinema... More

Johnny and Miguel were excellent! It was obvious that they knew they're stuff and were invested in giving a good show. We learned a lot of interesting information about the Ripper case. There were probably about 40 people on the tour and Johnny kept everyone engaged. I thought the Ripper Vision was going to be kind of cheesy, but with... More

I liked this tour: the tour guide projected very loudly, he was enthusiastic, and he managed a very large group which was impressive. I liked the projections and the images were helpful to paint the picture. Our group was veryyy large, so I suggest they cap the size even smaller to ensure a more intimate tour. Also, I think there... More

Did this tour a few weeks ago, Johnny was an excellent guide, he was entertaining and engaging. He must have given this tour countless times but he told it like it was the first time. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. Also I liked the sensitivity to the victims in this tour I think that is something that gets lost... More

We had a lovely enthusiastic guide, Andre he was fantastic and made the night even more memorable! It was great to learn from someone who knows their stuff and thoroughly enjoys what they do. I would recommend this to anyone who knows lots, knows little or just wants a good evening walk in London, while learning about some local history.... More

Second time I have done this tour as a friend wanted to go and I thought it was worth a second time! To be honest our guide was not as good as the one I had on my first experience. He seemed less knowledgable, despite claiming to be university lecturer and a Ripperologist, whatever that is! He was a little... More

Staying in Spitalfields

Neighbourhood Profile
Spitalfields
For a glimpse of Georgian and Victorian London at its most pristine, or a peek into what's apt to be the next big global trend, the hipster zone of Spitalfields can provide hours of amazement. Around the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting some of London's most popular bars and clubs.

Wedged between the business-minded City of London, expressly trendy Shoreditch, and zestful Whitechapel, the lines between traditional and contemporary beautifully blur in this historic East End nexus.
