Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our family had a fantastic experience with Your London Tours. Our guide, Kevin, took us on a walk through Westminster, we visited the Tower of London, the British Museum, Westminster Abby and saw the Changing of the Guard. Kevin was great with our children (ages 11 and 8). He shared a tremendous amount of knowledge with us that made our time in London more interesting and meaningful. He kept the attention of both kids and adults. Highly recommend.

We recently took our grand kids on a 'Classic Family London Tour' with Your London Tours. We did the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and the British Museum. Our guide (Kevin Molloy) managed the whole day perfectly. He got us in all the attractions without a line, and also arranged for us to have lovely fish & chips in a real London pub. Most impressive was how he catered to our grand-children on the tour. A first class service!

The family London tour was just perfect for kids (aged 7, 9 and 11). Our Driver Guide, Kevin, was excellent. He told them scary stories about King Henry the Eighth (but not too scary) and they loved it. He was just the right amount of everything. The vehicle was very comfortable, and Kevin could juggle the traffic like no other. I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I took four different day tours with Kevin Molloy and were so very pleased with each. Kevin really knows his city and the areas around that he took us to see. He also knows the back roads to get back into the city when roads are blocked! When we inquired about what and when to do our tours they wisely advised against a couple of days we thought would work because the city was on holiday. That info was greatly appreciated. We learned so much from Kevin and he was a master at getting us in and around the crowds and keep us from getting run over on the streets! The private tour is a wonderful way to really learn about the area one is visiting and being picked up and dropped off at your hotel makes a very large city like London and it's many day tours easily done.

Kevin picked up the 6 of us this morning for a full day tour of London. He was so lovely and cordial. He took us to the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, and the British Museum. He made a lunch reservation at a terrific "local" restaurant across from Covent Gardens. We also drove around several of the sections of London he wanted us to see; Soho, Bloomsbury, Trafalgar Sq, Mayfair and Piccadilly Circus. He had great recommendations for what we should do tomorrow as well. We all highly recommend Kevin and Your London Tours. You can't go wrong!

My family of 4 visited London recently and had Kevin as our tour guide. He is a wonderful tour guide - kept us entertained and informed throughout our full day. He is accommodating, funny and knowledgeable. We will be using them next time we return to England.

I chose Churchill finest walking tour for the birthday of my husband. It is definitely worth it, it was interesting, well organized in terms of the walk, we had real British weather and we have not even realized as time was passing. Special thanks to Kevin Molloy. When we come back to London, we will make a different theme, it is just so much worth to go on a tour of this type rather than headphone listener bus one. Really enjoyed. 2 hours is a perfect timing for walking tour, even our daughter (11)enjoyed a lot.

This review is for Your London Tours (www.yourlondontours.com) and our blue badge guide Mr. Kevin Molloy. We traveled to London with our 7 year old boy in August 2012. We had one group tour with Evans Evans for the Sunset Stonehenge because this is one of the few tour that can get us inside the circle. But group tours do not pick up at our hotel, waste on picking up or waiting for other passengers, and the contents are geared towards adults. So we booked a private tour with Your London Tours and had Mr. Kevin Molloy as our blue badged guide. One tip is to buy the London Pass before traveling to London, this will save you time buying tickets on site. Mr. Molloy picked us up at the front door of our hotel on time, in his Mercedes Viano (Mini-Van size), and started our tour right away. Mr. Molloy is a brilliant guide. Like many experienced guides, he is very knowledgeable, but he also has a special talent to keep our 7 year old son captivated with his stories. He has a story line throughout the tour, starting off with a true story of some naughty private school boys breaking into Westminister Abbey engraving graffiti on the Queen's throne and other artifacts, we set out to look for the marks and lead into stories of the monarchy. He also add appropriate details for my wife and me. Throughout the day, he has interesting stories after stories leading into the landmark history, with a good flow and excellent story telling. Mr. Molloy also uses suspense to keep our 7 year old son looking forward to the afternoon tour. With the London Pass and our blue badged guide, we are able to bypass the regular long queues, and enter almost straight into each attraction. We visited the Tower of London in the afternoon. The Royal Crown Jewel queque was quite long, and Mr. Molloy was able to help us bypass most part of the queque inside to get quickly to the crown jewels. The private tour really saved us a lot of time and we all enjoyed the whole day very much.

My family had a magical visit to London, seeing an incredible number of historical and Harry Potter sites within a week's visit there.
Largely our trip was such a raging success due to our private tour guide Kevin Molloy, who I couldn't recommend more strongly. Check out www.yourlondontours.com or email him at tours@yourlondontours.com or 07022212345 is his number.
We worked with three other tour guides once we hit France and the contrast was dramatic -- they did not hold a candle to Kevin. Kevin was like an encyclopedia of knowledge. He taught in a way that my children were interested and learned! He was respectful and helped my Father who had difficulty getting around. He gave our family space and privacy at meals and yet was there each minute we needed him. He was always prompt and never complained. Really a gem in all ways. You will not regret hiring him.
He did actually also take us to the Cotswolds and Oxford and Stratford and Dover as well and apparently does tours in Scotland too, but we did not make it that far. Next time!
Beyond that, what a magical city this is! I was expecting to fall in love with Paris, but it couldn't compare to London! Gorgeous architecture, endless historical significance, clean, polite and helpful people. I hope to spend much more time there some day!
