Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful service and wonderful accommodation and lounge area for dining. Very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend staying at the Kensington Hotel for a very relaxing and very nice stay. Staff are very client focused.

Lovely stay, but small rooms. Great location - great restaurants close by and the staff is very welcoming!

I always stay in South Kensington during my trips to London. Such a beautiful upscale neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, nice hotels and fabulous museums and gorgeous Kensington Gardens (Victoria and Albert museum, Museum of Natural History, Design Museum, Japan House, etc.). Can’t think of a better place to stay in London.

And easy to get around to many museums: Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History, Design Museum, Science Museum. Also Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens.

It was a great experience! Everything so well exposed and maintained. The personnel was very professional and kind. Especially Emanuele, a young guide, who transmitted his wide knowledge with enthusiasm and professionality. We would have remained there to hear him for hours!

Lovely area although it can make you feel ill with the high amount of young beautiful women and girls walking around 'romantically' with old fat ugly rich men

This is a very nice area for walking. I left the park and walked around the streets for a while. Lots of small shops. It has a very cool feel to it.

The Kensington Palace was a beautiful building to visit, and the grounds themselves were also beautiful. The gardens were a delight, and very relaxing to visit. We missed the scheduled tea service in the gardens, but looking at the menu, this looked like it would be a great experience. Overall, this was a beautiful spot to visit and wander around.
