The highlight of my visit was the very professional massage, along with the extremely comfortable massage table - heated and no cushions bunged under your legs or head as the table does it all!
We used the jacuzzi and sauna which were lovely and also...More

The spa facilities at this spa are really amazing and relaxing. The only let down in regards to spa facilities was the odor coming from the drains (although this is an issue that only happened on one visit).

I attend the spa / health club regularly and find it really relaxing and enjoyable. Staff are very accommodating and attentive. Spa / gym are excellent. Highly recommended. Please can hair straighteners be put into the changing rooms, if possible?

Visited the landmark numerous times for dining or staying over and normally very good but last few interactions poor. Telephonists curt, spa staff give out misleading information and no one seems to ever answer the phone. Will go elsewhere in future
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
