Me and My friend Asa went to the Birmingham Axe Experience Branch and we both had a brilliant time. The vibe of the place was brilliant, music was banging with some good tunes which made us smile and dance. The staff were super fun and big thanks to Celina who taught us and showed us the ropes of how to throw the axes. Had such a fun time with her. All in all 10/10 experience, would definitely come back again to do some more Axe throwing.

Great instructions and vibe from Chris 🥳. Training was really good and went over individual ways to make your throws better. The music was on key and Chris made the entire group (6) feel welcome and in friendly war spirit.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but our guide Joe was fantastic and really put us all at ease and made us laugh. I would highly recommend giving this a go and with Joe as your guide you can’t go wrong. The whole experience was great from start to finish and can’t wait to go back.

We recently visited Axeperience for our best friend's birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the entire event was fun, engaging, and perfectly organized. The highlight of our time there was undoubtedly Arman, our host and axe-throwing guide.
Arman was not only an excellent teacher but also a kind and genuinely fun person to be around. He patiently showed us the ropes, cheered us on, and kept the energy high throughout. Even for those of us who were beginners, he made learning to throw axes both easy and enjoyable.
The venue itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a great time. It was the perfect mix of fun and challenge, and by the end, we all felt like axe-throwing pros!
If you're looking for a unique way to celebrate a special occasion or just want to try something new, Axeperience is the place to go. Huge thanks to Arman and the team for making our friend's birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We'd never done anything like this before and loved it. We went to celebrate a birthday. It was great fun and the hour flew past. Joe has the perfect instructor/host - helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. He made the experience all the more enjoyable. Very happy to recommend.

We had an amazing time visiting for my fiancés birthday! Bradley was great! He was attentive and ensured we all were comfortable and safe. He made it fun and inclusive. Thank you Bradley! We will be returning. P.s the music and decor is great!

I tried to call customer service - the number went to a Tesco voicemail to ask if I could reschedule for being late. Ended up turning up and trying my luck I am 7 months pregnant so it’s understandable that things can happen that may need a reschedule. we spoke to the guy at reception Chris, who wasn’t helpful at all then another guy comes over completely rude and patronising basically saying it’s not happening, he was so rude we said we just wanted a refund and to leave we weren’t rude at all then the guy shouted at me “suck my dick” off course I shouted at him and then he tried to come up to me as if he was about to physically do something! Disgusting I cannot believe this is even a place people go to. Disgusting

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and I encourage you to contact customer service during our service hours of 9am-5:30pm so we can assist you with your issue.
After reviewing the CCTV, I would like to leave a few comments regarding your review.
Chris who was sat at reception, attempted to advise you that because you were 35 mins late to your 1 hour booking slot, you wouldn't be getting your money's worth if you were to join for the 25 minutes remaining, and it would negatively impact other customers sessions.
Your reply to Chris in this situation wasn't very pleasant and including both you and your companion raising your voices at him.
Joe, our Venue Manager, decided to step in to ensure the safety of his staff.
I can confirm, at no point during your interaction did he say "suck my d£:$"
He continued to reassure you that you would be getting a full refund and to please leave the venue, which you did begrudgingly, he then followed you up the stairs to ensure he could lock the door and you wouldn't re-enter he premises.
Please, as mentioned above, contact our customer service team so we can rectify this issue as you haven't manged to received the 5* service we strive for.

Ross and Kristina were absolutely amazing as our hosts and coaches. We had so much fun! They were very attentive, caring, took great care about our safety while also being hilarious and funny. What a winning combo! We parted as friends, as they were so very involved and knew each of us by name by the end of the session. They celebrated our every win and gave gentle guidance and encouragement for every fail. Thanks guys, you were really brilliant!

Have you ever wanted to try axe throwing? I definitely have! As you probably know, I’m always up for a good adventure, so when Lynsey mentioned she’d like to try out Axeperience, we got it booked in asap!
And what a fun afternoon it was! You book in a one hour session, and each axe throwing lane is split between six people to take turns and engage in a little tournament. For our session, there were eight people in total, so we got to split two lanes for more axe throwing action.
First we got a thorough introduction by Darsha, who was then joined by Ross to oversee our efforts. We all got to do some test runs under close supervision, and then the tournament started, in which two people face off against each other to see who can achieve more points. Seeing as most of us struggled to even get the axes to stick into the boards, it was a hilarious experience.
I had so much fun trying my hand at this, I’ll definitely be back again soon. What a fun and different group activity! Thanks Axeperience!
