My friend and I decided to do the London Pub Crawl during our short visit and had a great time. It turned out when we arrived to the meeting spot that we were the only two on the tour for that night. Despite this, our tour guide Matt made sure that we had a great time in each spot we visited. We also got a free shot in each bar and some great discounts on the drinks. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Came to London, went to many tourists spots we didn’t get to meet any locals but this activity let us meet so many locals plus other tourists too haha!

I booked the Clapham pubcrawl for my birthday. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do not recommend it at all.
We were a group of 7 and had a terrible experience with this scam. When we got to the bar (on time) we couldn’t locate the guide, after asking around and waiting almost an hour we found her. She had THE WORST attitude imaginable the entire night. (Well half of it because she left after the second bar).
The webpage advertises 1 free shot per bar and drink discounts. This was not true due to “the manager not responding”. No photographer either as advertised. I was so embarrassed that my friends had booked their tickets. At least we were a group and knew each other because it would have been awful for solo travelers.
I have done pubcrawls in many cities including London and I had never had a “guide” with such terrible attitude. So sad that it happened on my birthday.
Awful experience, just go to Clapham by yourselves and have fun (which is what we ended up doing).
The least they could do is refund the 7 of us.

Vincent was an amazing host, he brought tonnes of energy and was super fun! The first couple of bars were great, but the third was really large and only us (about 15 people) which was still fine, but some people left from the group. Which was understandable, but we were glad to wait since the last two bars were GREAT. Lots of good times, would highly recommend!

Badly organised, host did not interact with the group apart from to take us to a different bar, free shots were like drinks left over from a slop bucket, no photographer, no party games as stated and no “Epic” club to end the night. Very disappointing as it was booked for friends birthday celebrations

It was freaking awesome! The Jamie and Adam were super chill and made everyone feel welcome. We hit up a bunch of different pubs and tried all kinds of drinks. Free entry. Great happy hour discounts. Totally worth it! The group was cool one as well and it was a great party. Honestly, if you're looking for a fun night out, this is the one. Shoutout to the pub crawl crew for a sick time!

10/10 way of getting to know the area and make new friends along the way! Every venue had something to offer and the host was incredibly hospitable. Big recommend for any traveler trying to check out the social scene!

So where to begin. About a week before the pub crawl we were looking at where to go and realised that the starting bar was closed for refurbishments so i emailed them 2 times and called them. None of my emails were answered and several days later i received a call confirming that they would either change which bar we start at or give us a refund and the man was very nice and said they would contact me within the next 24 hours to confirm. I didn't receive a confirmation email until about 3 days later which was 2 days before the pub crawl. We now didn't have time to book anywhere nice because all the good bars were fully booked. On the day we found a bar right next to the starting bar and about 2 hours before the pub crawl was meant to start i get a text saying they have changed the starting bar to another bar about 5-10minute walk away. Keep in mind it was pouring with rain and freezing outside. At 7:30 we got to the starting bar and were told that there is no pub crawl here and we were not allowed in. I even showed him the text we got and both of them said no sorry and we had to leave the queue. We then walked another 10 minutes in the rain to the original starting bar and found that the bar was shut. We weren't sure what to do so we then walked back to the other bar in the freezing cold. At this point you can imagine we were not impressed at all and were freezing and soaking wet. We got back to the bar we were just at and the men still said no there is no pub crawl today so we asked to speak to the manager who then came and was like oh yh come in, 3rd time lucky. We told the manager to tell the security guys on the front door about this as they have no idea, but she just brushed it off and said they do know. We then asked for our wristbands that your suppose to get at the start so we can get our drinks discount at each bar, and the host said oh you can get them at the next bar. We said we need them to get the drink discount at the bar and he just said oh just tell them you're with the pub crawl. We went to the bar and said this and the bartender was confused and didnt know what we were talking about and said no, luckily we found another bartender who gave us the discount anyways. We were expecting quite a lot of people to show up because i have been on other pub crawls and especially on a Saturday they get busy. Turns out there was only 3 other girls that showed up, probably because everyone else gave up and went home. Also not mentioning how there is suppose to be 3 hosts and a camera man. There was 1 man and 1 man only and he looked like he had no clue what was going on. The ending club was suppose to be EGG which was the main reason we booked this pub crawl and was the only reason we were going to stay, but when i asked what the ending place was just to double check, he said a bar around the corner. After this we decided to leave because of how messy and unorganised the whole thing was and we didn't want this to ruin our night. I have emailed since asking for a refund which i have still had no reply to. I feel bad for the 3 girls who were left alone with this clueless man because pub crawls can be very good but they got very unlucky and this was by far the worst pub crawl i have ever been on.

What a waste of money. The guide didn’t seem bothered , he was training somebody last night, no enthusiasm to make all parties welcome and no wrists given. We had to approach him and after that no other contact was made to us; we didn’t receive our free shots as stipulated when booked ,the table and chairs we were sitting at was taken away by bar soho venue staff which left us standing and on that note we left. Would not recommend this after our experience. This was extremely sad as we thought it would have set the enthusiasm for a good 21st birthday - instead we were left to find other sources of entertainment.
