Should have been good but our host spoiled it unfortunately
So disappointed, it could have been great but our host was rubbish and it spoilt the whole experience, I see now why the good reviews are due to good hosts. We arrived 20 minutes early (nowhere can I see that it says don’t turn up early, it just says aim for 5 minutes before). We stood outside freezing waiting to get in. We explained immediately that one person from our group was late and the host was just, yeah no problem. We then sat in a cloakroom waiting. Our final person was 15 minutes late. As soon as he arrived we were rushed down a corridor and into room one. Our host explained nothing, had no emphasis in his voice and the next minute half our group are standing confused in the first room. Despite having the ability to communicate, our host still offered no explanation of what they needed to do. After a rubbish start in the first room we at least now vaguely got the gist if things. The rest of the evening involved more mumbling, confusion of answers, equipment that didn’t work and frustration. We managed to enjoy the tasks to a degree as it clearly a fun concept, but it was clear our host just wanted to get home. At the end we were told to get our stuff. It was only because I had read the website (we’re it also states you will get a 15 minute briefing- we had none) that I knew it said finish in the anti gravity room. We had to ask about this to which our host started to blame us for being 15 minutes late! He then (as if doing us a favour said he’d go and switch it back on - as he was already in his hat and coat and almost out the door in front of us) Thankfully this was the most fun part (host wasn’t involved) so it made up for the poor evening. Absolutely gutted as was for our daughters 18th birthday and was spoilt for us. Would have loved to do this with a good host! If he had said at the start that someone being late was an issue we would have started without them, our host could have let us use the anti gravity room at the start minus one person (would have been fine with us/absent person) or used the time to at least slightly brief the rest of us so we weren’t totally confused at the start.

    Not worth the money
We went for my son's birthday. We found the site to be dirty, shabby and neglected. The experience itself was okay but some of the explanations were poor and some of the smelld had no smell and many of the food items were indistinguishable. We felt this was due to the age of the products being used, imagine cinnamon having no scent. I don't think it has provided value for the expensive price charged.

    Family Senses-experience.
We are a family of 5, with kids ages 11, 13 and 15. Everyone loved the experience. Karen, our Master of Senses (I may have gotten the name wrong, and sorry if I did) was very fun and friendly and made the experience even better.

Not worth the price at all
Extremely underwhelming experience. We were a group of 7 and all of us found it really disappointing. I'm not sure if we just got a bad host? It felt as if he was very under prepared or maybe had never done it before. And because of this, I'm actually uncertain if we got the full experience. There were things in the rooms that we never used, and there was a massive disconnect between completing the challenges and unlocking the safes unlike escape rooms. In our case, we would shout out answers, our host would say if we got it right or wrong, and then just tell us the passcode to the safe if we got enough right.. very strange, felt like there was a step missing. The Hearing part of the experience was also a bit like they didn't know how to design a hearing challenge, and couldn't be bothered brainstorming more (don't want to spoil it for others, so I won't mention what it was) .Also I was a little worried about the hygiene of the Taste room, because there was something in there that shouldn't have been wet, but it was, which I put in my mouth and now I'm paranoid someone in another session was in there before and spat it out? lol. The plus side was the final room which was fun. But overall, I would not recommend, and knowing the quality of the experience, would not have paid more than £15 (and that's a stretch), really would like a refund to be honest. But that being said, perhaps we just got a bad host and your experience might be different.

Good idea but not well executed
I think this place has potential but the games need to be designed a bit better. Some of them felt like they could have been fun but were not ran correctly by the host (shouting answers until you get them right and then being rewarded with one or more codes at full discretion of the host didn't feel like a game), others were just not great games, but overall we all had a feeling there was supposed to be more to each challenge and we were just given a simplified version for whatever reason. When asked, the host denied cutting anything from the games and said most "clues" on the walls and other items that stayed unused were "red herrings", which if true would make each room 50% red herring... I don't know if they were instructed to cut our time cause one of us showed up a bit late (everyone else was on time and we asked if we should start and have the last player join us later, but we were told we could wait and it was not an issue...) But if that's the case, even after we all had arrived we were made to wait a fair amount before starting because the host just wasn't coming back to reception, so he clearly wasn't in a rush. Maybe we were doing really bad and needed the challenges simplified to make it out before closing time, which I can understand, but as soon as we started we were told we had to shout out the answers to the host and he would have to confirm of they were right or wrong before we could continue. We start doing this and receive no answer for a few minutes until finally we are told "sorry guys, I had to answer the phone, this happens to me all the time!". So if we weren't doing great maybe it wasn't fully our fault, and i think a game that costs £34 per player should be able to provide enough staff so that someone can answer the phone while someone else is actively running the game, especially with how much the host seems to need to be involved in the challenges. Anyway the ball pit and the laser challenge were cool, and the other game can easily be improved, so while I wouldn't have paid as much if I knew this was gonna be the level, i feel like there's potential to make this fun

    Fun experience
A different experience that gets funnier and funnier in each room. The pit-ball is probably the funniest room, the taste room the most daring one, the smell one quite intriguing. Kids are accepted from 7 years old, but probably best for teens and up. There are several photo opportunities that players are encouraged to take. It is worth trying it, couple of very fun hours

    Go, you’ll enjoy it!
After a strange call mid week trying to move our session due to a “system update”, I was a little nervous about our visit, I needn’t have been. I Booked for my son and his friends who had a blast. Master of Senses Scott was a fantastic guide for them, he put them a ease during the more challenging sensory experiences and made sure they made the most of each zone, if you get Scott during your trip you’ll be in good hands. Everyone left completely knackered which I think is a successful morning out.

We went a couple of days ago with my friends and we had a lot of fun. Kyra, our host, was amazing. She explained everything to us and she was really funny. She offered to take pictures of us all the time, which was really kind of her. Kyra, we love you girl! We were a group of four, which I think is a good number of people to enjoy the whole experience better. The only problem for us was the location was a little bit difficult to find. Maybe a sign would be helpful. In general, it’s a fun thing to do in London.

After doing so many normal activities, this is such a refreshing and extremely fun change. Our Master of Senses, Yoan, made the experience a whole vibe. I definitely need to go back and face my fears though 😅

I went with a group of people and the host Yoan was instantly someone we knew we'd have a great time with! He had a really great energy that made our experience amazing. The games were fun and I think it's best experienced without knowing exactly what you're getting into so I won't go into detail, but we all had a good time. We were a bit late but Yoan made sure to accommodate us and let us make decisions on how we could make the most out of the experience with the time we had. Definitely think he made the experience much better and we wouldn't have had as much fun without his jokes, attentiveness and positive energy throughout.
