I paid 25£ to have a terrible experience due to kids screaming and jumping around
it could be an amazing experience, but... for a quite expensive entrance fee of 25£ per person I had at least expected a bit of respect. There is no children policy in the venue : Moms with pushchairs everywhere filming their kids jumping around, screaming, making noise, with no respect for others. It was an expensive bad experience. If you are an adult, without kids... just don't go there
Hi, thanks for your response, we really appreciate it. We're so sorry that you had a bad experience, we are always looking to improve and will take your feedback on board. We find that quieter, more peaceful sessions are usually during the week, especially in the evening. Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch, and hopefully we can welcome you back another time.

    Adults only sessions PLEASE!
Unable to "immerse" in the experience due to too many unsupervised children, running around and screaming. I couldn't enjoy the art in each room let alone listen to the music with it. I am not judging parents but I was shocked that staff allowed that behavior in their establishment. If children less than 5 enter for free.... Not going to get any better. I think Frameless should make aware customers of this and/or have adults sessions only so people can actually enjoy the Immersive experience and get what they pay for.
Hi, thank you so much for your response, we really appreciate it. We are so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. Dull, hideous, senseless
If you love art and art galleries you should run, not walk, in the opposite direction from Frameless. The ethos behind this venture is select moderately well known artwork, subject it to a sophisticated graphics package and then mercilessly regurgitate the results, accompanied by loud Muzak, across the four walls of four large rooms. Wait for the gullible to give you money. It makes no sense and is actually fairly boring. If you do decide to go bear in mind the screaming hyper stimulated young children and the fact that seating is scarce so if you want or need to sit down, it will likely be on a dirty floor. If you want art in that part of London go to the Wallace Collection instead. It is infinitely more interesting and FREE!
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, we really appreciate your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience and will keep your review in mind for the future. Many thanks again for getting in touch.

    Disappointed
The art and music and creativity is totally ruined by children running around the rooms, screaming, cart wheeling and distracting anyone else in the room from enjoying the experience. If you take your child to an immersive art experience teach then to look and listen and respect other audience members. I'm a mother of 3 and a teacher and am shocked.
Hi Sarah, we are so sorry you weren't able to fully appreciate the galleries. We are currently looking to improve this, so all our visitors can have an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you again for you feedback, and we hope to see you again another time.

    Ruined Experience!
A potentially very enjoyable experience was ruined by the fact that it is being treated like a playroom by parents letting children run around like crazy screaming and shouting and doing cartwheels! You could comment that children should be allowed to enjoy art, I totally agree, however not at the expense of other people who have paid to go and sit and enjoy the experience! There were so many young babies crawling around it was like being in a daycare centre!! Also it is in a deep basement so it gets very warm and stuffy which doesn’t help! My recommendation don’t waste your money the pictures online are totally misleading!!

Interesting experience spoiled by the crowds
Objectively it's an impressive audio/visual experience in which you can see familiar and not-so-familiar works of art come to life around you. However, it's far from immersive, at least at the time I visited. The majority of visitors were parents with small children who ran around screaming, causing a massive distraction from the experience we paid for. Perhaps worse than that were the adults who wandered around the middle of the room taking photos/videos using long selfie sticks. I'm sure I saw a few vloggers talking out loud as if the customers had paid to hear their opinions instead of immersing themselves. I would say it’s definitely worth visiting once the staff put a strict code of conduct in place, a limit on admissions and perhaps dedicated viewing areas so the crowds are not blocking your view. Until then, don't bother.
Hi, thank you so much for your response, we really appreciate it. We're so happy you were impressed! We are always looking to improve and we have noted your suggestions, thank you again for sharing. Currently, we find timeslots during the week, usually in the evening, are quieter and more peaceful, outside of school holidays. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a comment, and we hope to welcome you back another time.

    Dreadful admin
absolutely dreadful administration trying to book a school trip. Sent in our booking form. Two weeks later received an email saying the date wasn't available. When queried I was told the only time available on this date was 10-12 which was the actual time on our booking form! The person then said oh my mistake it isn't available, offered me another date which I then said yes please book us in then and was then told I needed to submit another booking form!!! ......and so it went on!! Still trying to book the school trip!
Hi Wendy, thank you so much for drawing our attention to this. A member of our Schools & Access team has been in touch privately. We are so sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience.

Garish, ugly, noisy and a bit odd really
Went to a fundraiser/plug the venue event and think it'll continue to divide opinion. If you want something overwhelming, subterranean, hot and full of people taking selfies in front of a huge, moving The Scream or Haywain, here it is in a former cinema. But otherwise, find the originals and others for free in London's galleries or go for a free walk by the river or in a park. This just felt unneccessary, really.

Felt like a childrens play area
Whilst the art work projected was beautiful I was very disappointed by the lack of crowd control! The experience was ruined by swarms of children playing Tig, jumping and screaming and running around the exhibitions. The tickets are not cheap and I did not pay £64 to feel like I was in a play area. There should be a child-only and adult- only exhibition or minimum age in my opinion.
Hi Georgia, we're so sorry to hear your experience wasn't as enjoyable as we would like. We have found our quieter periods are times outside of school holidays, on weekdays, and in the evenings. Thanks you for taking the time to get in touch, and hopefully we can welcome you back another time.

Get rid of the benches ! They ruin it !
We went in October and it was a fantastic experience! Unfortunately our recent visit was underwhelming, this was because they have placed benches in the middle of each room which is really distracting and destroys the immersive experience . Of course I understand those with mobility issues will need to sit down , so why not place the benches by the door so that everyone can enjoy the full Immersive experience ! Perhaps have stickers to “ reserve “ a bench for those that really need to know they can grab a seat if they need to but are still able to get up and moves around too , please please please move the benches to the sides! It really did have a huge detrimental effect placing them in the middle of the room 😞
Hi Natasha, thank you for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate and welcome your feedback. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the new benches, they've been placed for visitors with mobility issues so they can also enjoy 360 degrees of the masterpieces to experience total immersion. We hope this makes sense, and have made a note of your suggestions. Many thanks again.

Surprised to see so many children and babies, crawling around and crying. A but distracting to be honest.

Also experience marred by the amount of instagram posers standing in the middle of the rooms or posing against the projections. and people filming the whole thing and taking photos with flash. It’s a shame nobody seems to just enjoy the moment anymore

A way to get early teens to appreciate art! Plus the cafe was also good. I would recommend doing the surreal room last as it was the best in my opinion

An extraordinary journey of sensory and artistic immersion. This exhibition reinterprets classic paintings in a new and captivating way, blending traditional art with groundbreaking techniques. Each piece is a dialogue between the visual and auditory, creating a symphony of senses that deeply resonates. The fusion of soundscapes with the visual art envelops you completely, fostering an intimate and profound connection with each work. The innovative presentation is not just a viewing but a complete sensory experience. Frameless is highly recommended and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

My friend and I booked this last minute on agreeing to meet up in London for the day - Im so glad we did! It was excellent - quite mesmerising in parts. A great way to highlight selected infamous artworks!
We went on a Monday so it was mainly adults but the few children who were there were having lots of fun with the interactive displays - very sweet.
