We came here with out two granddaughters and spent a delightful afternoon walking around the spacious and well kept park. Squirrels played around us and there were water birds and all sorts of ducks etc for the children to feed and watch. Wooden pathways around the pond areas are lovely. I would highly recommend a visit to relax and enjoy... More

Luck locals! In the middle of the park you could imagine there is no London as the trees seem to go on forever. Very well maintained and with something for every one

Visiting family and took grandkids to Dulwich park (twice). Everything you need for a day out. First day had picnic. Second day ate in cafe. Boating lake we saw a heron. Clean, safe, play area was good. Can hire bikes but we just walked around the lovely grounds. Well worth a day out.

Top park. It has a perfect mix of sports facilities and walking areas. There's a lovely play area and boating lake, good tennis courts, and a decent cafe. And it's in Dulwich, which is just an all-round fantastic place.

Having lived my teenage years backing on to Dulwich Park, we wanted to see the rhododendrons again.. It was a bit of a disappointment. Much had been left to its natural state and the colours were not as vivid as when I was a boy (45-55 years ago). Also they had been doing a lot of work for flood defence.... More

This vast, beautiful, park dates back to the Victorian-era and offers plenty for the outdoor enthusiast: walkers, joggers and cyclists have 76 acres to explore! During summer, you can hire bikes, as well as boats on the lake. There's also a great children's play area and a nice cafe to boot... See photos on my Twitter feed @mrrands

Lovely park, few attractions for kids, canoe boats and bicycles all for hire. But overall well kept, clean lanes for walking and cycling, and quite beautiful. Very informative boards available all throughout and lovely ice cream vans parked up on a warm day. Easily spent 2-3 hours just walking and taking in the beautiful scenery. Parking is always plentiful and... More

Dulwich Park is set in 76 acres in Dulwich, in the Borough of Southwark, South London. The park was opened in 1890 and its restored original Victorian layout is quite beautiful even in December. We went to the dog walking area at the North end of the park. We walked, talked and enjoyed viewing the winter gardens with its wonderful... More
