We operate retail shops in London Heathrow, Brussels, Vienna and Athens International airports. Our stores offer local SIM cards and eSIMs from leading mobile operators, and our staff are trained to help you choose the best plan for your trip. We also have a network of vending machines in airports worldwide and you might spot us in affiliate partner locations including WH Smith and InMotion.

For a 10 day visit, I bought a local sim card ( UK+ ) 20GB for about 30BPS. While more expensive than in town, it was the super ease and convenience of the booth in the arrivals hall after baggage collection that made it seamless. They load the card and give you a new number. This is plenty of data for phone calls and for local Apps ( tube system ) navigation etc for a week or two

We’ve got two world 10GB Sim Local e-SIM to use in a trip to Asia which was the best option we’ve found and we are surprisingly happy with our purchase! It worked perfectly well in all the countries we went to, 7 in total. The signal was great in all countries and the 10GB was enough for those 14 days. We used it to search on maps and even make posts/use Instagram or other websites moderately, combined with the wifi that we tried to get whenever we could to avoid the internet running out beforehand! It was totally worth it. Highly recommend the global option!

I had an excellent experience with SIM Local, thanks to Nikki Shah’s outstanding customer service. Nikki was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with ease. She addressed all my questions and concerns promptly, ensuring I got the best solution for my needs. Her friendly and professional approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better service—5/5 without a doubt. Highly recommend!

They offer all types of SIM cards, including eSIMs. I was served by the gentleman named Fawaz, who provided me with an eSIM and activated it on my iPhone. The service was excellent, and it was done quickly. I highly recommend it.

Straight off the plane from NZ to Sim Local at Heathrow, was served by Irfan who was so so helpful and knowledgable. He helped with the best plan for our UK/europe sim changed our phones over and helped with transport advise to our first hotel/location. Best customer service ever!

Maneem, excellent customer service when I arrive London in early morning. Maneem explained me all about local SIM card companies. The team also help me install the card to ensure it works. I am highly recommend this place.

I paid €12.69 but didn’t receive my internet. When I contacted customer support, they responded but kept asking endless questions—literally 20 emails back and forth. As a solution, they sent me another eSIM, but that didn’t work either. When I asked for a refund, they offered €9.50 instead of the full amount. I thought, “Fine, I won’t argue over €3.” However, I never received even that refund.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Syed Faiq at SimLocal. He was incredibly skilled at selling sim cards and provided exceptional customer service. Faiq's knowledge about the various sim card options available and his ability to explain the benefits of each was truly impressive. He made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend seeking out Syed Faiq if you're in need of a sim card – his expertise and friendly demeanor really set him apart!
