Would love to say they're great but after 3 cancellations because their vessels weren't working (and their own member of staff saying they weren't reliable) we have finally given up and got a refund. Would avoid at all costs!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Provided with Coat and life jacket. Very good guide with great stories and information. Once we got past Tower Bridge and they was able to speed up it was amazing, only down side was the weather.

We took a rucksack on with us which didn't cause a problem and wore normal clothes. You get a bit of spray but nothing too wet.
