A very rainy day in London after Lockdown 1 and before Lockdown 2 in October.. Our group of six were ther only ones on the ride from Little Venice to Camden. Both the helmsman? and guide were great before getting on and explaining the trip. A one hour trip through the back canals of London, I thought I knew London well but this was seeing such a different side. From the old canals built for instustry to the back gardens of the rich and famous. The guide, apologies forgot your name, was fantastic, totally knowledable and funny when going off topic. A true star. Go on this trip, support those doing it.…

The commentary was very interesting. The crew were obviously very experienced which was visible in the way they handled the boat during some torrential rain during our trip. I believe I paid about £11 for the ticket and it was worth every penny. An extremely tranquil day in the heart of the capital. …

Really relaxing trip. I have a mobility disability and some canal trips said their boat wasn't suitable so I was relieved that the way on board was via steps which had a railing either side. The barge was comfortable and we were glad of the roof. The guide was very knowledgeable and it was a really, relaxing and enjoyable trip. I'd definitely do it again.…
