Medieval palace, 1930's stately home, lovely gardens. Virtually unknown to London natives, it is beautifully restored and maintained with the best audio tour guide I have ever used. Well worth a visit with an extensive playground for children.

Beautiful Eltham Palace, what a lovely place to spend some time, the house is beautiful and the Art Deco Interior fascinating. The Tudor part of the Palace is stunning too, the Gardens are beautiful and a lovely view over looking London.

Visited whilst the Art Deco fair was on so it was probably busier than usual. Remember not normally open on Saturdays. Fascinating history since remodelled by the Cortaulds. Beautiful gardens. Lovely cafe.

Visited here on my day off as it's very local to me. It was ok but I doubt I will go back. The only part of the 'palace' is the great hall which was restored. It was good to see the servants areas and the...More
