It's a real shame because I'm a huge fan and the actual tour of behind the scenes was really good but my experience was severely tainted by the rude staff/security at the begging in the great hall (the best part) 'shooing' and rushing me out...More

Excellent from Start to Finish. All staff know their stuff and explain everything to you. Its pricey but well worth it. If your into Harry Potter in a big way ( Which I'm not ) you could spend a full day there.
