Had a great time UP the 02, Freya took us through the training and guided the tour, she really knew her stuff and made us laugh the whole time too. We organised the excursion for our Dad’s birthday and it exceeded expectations! Freya even poured us a glass of bubbly at the top of the 02 to top things off :)

All the staff on the ground were very friendly. Jabed, our guide was great it was very professional and felt safe all the way across, and a great view from the top it is definitely a must-see attraction. You can order drinks for the top as well

Fantastic experience! The whole process from arrival until exiting is very professional. Joey, our guide was great, a real asset to your team. He explained everything with real passion and knowledge, he engaged with the whole group really well and clear loves his job. Was nervous booking because of the time of year so lucked out with the weather being dry and sunny albeit windy. Great experience, well done everyone involved

We had booked the 11:30 am slot on our daughter's birthday which fell on a Saturday. The weather showed clear skies when I booked a few weeks ahead, but that morning it was rainy, windy and cold. I really thought we had messed up our girl's big day, but thankfully just as we were all kitted up to start climbing, everything cleared up and the sun shone brightly down upon us. We could see all the landmarks from the observation deck on the top of the O2. The climb itself was easy though it is a little stressful in the ankles when you are doing the steepest ascent (30°). The descent is much simpler. The whole experience takes about 1.5 hours from registering to visiting the gift shop to collect your photos (includes a briefing session, getting kitted up and photos). This is a good activity for a day out in London.

The climb seemed daunting at first but was definitely worth it for the incredible view of London. Our guide Johnny was amazing; friendly, chatty and enthusiastic throughout the whole climb, and was always checking in on each of us. He was also very knowledgeable about the sights of London at the top of the O2, and took many photos for us which was an added bonus. Thank you Johnny!

We did this today at 4:30pm so we got to see London at night. Our guide was lovely and very kind with advice as I was worried about the strain on my knees on the decent. He advised me to go backwards which made perfect sense. The view from the top is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Would 100% a climb up at the O2 the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as we were running late thanks to lots of underground closures. They were very understanding and put us at ease. The climb was lots of fun and the instructors are all an asset to the company. Freya on our climb was brilliant and had us smiling.

We had a great time climbing over the o2. It was a beautiful sunny morning to see all the sights. Our guide Scarlet was fantastic, she was knowledgable and had an infectious enthusiastic personality ensuring we had fun all the way. It is very well organised activity, and we had the opportunity to borrow jackets, shoes and gloves. We definitely needed the shoes as it was slippery on the way down. I would highly recommend this for a fun 90 minutes in East London.

Fantastic attraction, so pleased we did it. Weather great & although rather windy it didn't spoil the experience. Max our guide was a great laugh, he provided so much information & was very knowledgeable on the the area. Thanks 😊

When my son said he wanted to climb the O2 my heart sank! I am absolutely petrified of heights but here I found myself! Let me tell you I am so pleased I did this with him. It was superb.... a great thing to do. Joey, our guide was brilliant. Highly recommend. Good value, very professional, fabulous staff. A firm 10 out of 10 from us.
