very close to DLR station, then handy to op o a river bus on the other side. enjoyed the commentary, which was just right - ineresting yet didn't detract from taking in the fab views. Definitely will try the night time flight in future. handy to pa with oyster card.

We took ages in a taxi to get there and then the place was deserted, we were the only customers. After the trip, which was mainly over water but nothing special, we had to wait ages for a taxi to collect us as there are none in our the area. It was a waste of our time although we had... More

Easy to get to on the Tube. The cable car journey was nice, but don't expect great views of London, as the area surrounding it is mainly building sites/dock yards. The Aviation experience was a quick look around, we didn't go on the simulator which I believe costs extra. Nice cafe with Emirates themed shop for plane buffs. Nice to... More

I really enjoyed this - using my Oyster card made it reasonably affordable and dead easy. The cable cars soar over the Thames from the Victoria Dock area to the O2 arena and over The River Thames. The cars seem to go really high affording superb views across London. The nighttime return was also lovely, the cars were lit up... More

We went on a sunny Sunday afternoon and the trip over to Greenwich gave a spectacular view up and down the Thames. Having been to Greenwich Market we came back on the "night flight" - the O2 lit up, the cable cars lit up, and lights up and down the Thames. A great experience.

For someone who doesn't like heights I loved it. Arrived on the DLR, had a fantastic breakfast at a local cafe, straight on and over to the 02. Beautiful clear day and highly recommended!!

We chose to do this last minute. We had breakfast at the local cafe overlooking the dock, which was highly recommended. Cable car discounts given with Oyster cards. Queues not bad. We had a relatively clear day, so could spot most of the landmarks. We didn't get off the cable car so we just did the loop. Was something different... More

Visiting the Emirates cable car for the first time from Royal Victoria docklands end, I was amazed how well signposted it was from the DLR to the boarding station, being registered visually impaired this is a huge help. Staff at the terminal were well organised, friendly and so helpful. Felt so positive about the crossing before we boarded. Staff even... More

2 adults and 2 children cost about £12 for a one way trip, compared to about £80 for the London Eye. Great views and experience, only lasts 10-15 mins but definitely worth it for the money, staff all friendly.
