My five year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience on the IFS Cloud cable car today. There was a very long queue for people with ordinary tickets so we queued for VIP tickets instead. At the counter we met Marc who upon finding out that I am disabled and my daughter is so young, offered us a 50% discount which completely took me by surprise but was very welcome as I am unable to work. Marc even accompanied us to the pod landing/departure area from the ticket office which was really helpful and welcome. The lady at the departure area, Alexandra, was extremely friendly and welcoming and complementary of my daughter. After a wonderful experience onboard, we just want to say that we are so grateful to Marc in particular and we would love to fly again!```````````````````

We traveled to the cable car on bank holiday Monday just after the new year as it was my sons 9th birthday and it was something he had wanted to do for some time. As we arrived we were blown away with the queue line and almost decided to leave. My son has autism and any parent that has an autistic child will know that crowds can often make them feel overwhelmed. I told my husband to join the boarding queue with my son and daughter whilst i went to buy the tickets. After purchasing tickets i went to ask a lady called Renata which was at the front, some additional information about the expected queue time and mentioned that my son had autism and it was his birthday. She was very informative and said we wouldn’t have to queue so i went to call my family and she took us upstairs. I cannot put into words how down to earth and caring she was. She introduced herself to my son, wished him a happy birthday and even reassured him when he started getting unsettled. Sometimes it can be overwhelming when your autistic child doesn’t know how to act and looks ‘uncontrollable’ to other people. Renata handled the situation correctly and even made a pinky promise with him.. i have never seen no staff member interact with him in such way! It sent tears to my eyes. The views were incredible and staff really do look after ‘disabled’ guests. 100% recommend.

Spent the day in Westfield and did this as a family experience, was really quiet on the Excel side. We caught the DLR to Royal Victoria, no queues and able to have a car to ourselves. Fun experience and great value for London

Great views of the city from our pod. Recommend visiting early in day as very quiet and had pod to ourselves. You save money by booking ticket online. Only downside was no nearby tube to get to location however bus station and water taxi nearby.

Really Amazing experience. First time in awhile on this attraction and loved it very much. Staff member ‘Yasmin’ was very helpful and friendly, she definitely made this journey so worth while. Big props to her ! Will be looking out for her when I go next

My experience with this company was very delightful, I had the opportunity of talking to Yasmin who helped booked my tickets and make my experience and journey very thrilling. I am very grateful to Yasmin as she settled my fears since it was my first time, I couldn't thank her enough. Due to the fact that she made my experience amazing I will be coming back here with family and friends. The ride last for about 6 min give or take, the views are amazing at night, it really makes the city look pretty. There's so much lights the view was spectacular.

It was just after sunset that the lit up high rise buildings came more and more into view as the gondola rose slowly and majestically into the night sky in almost total silence.... The cable car was easy to get to as it was a few minutes walk from the North Greenwich tube station and even closer to the Uber boat dock. Signposting from the station to the cable car base could have been more frequent on the route. A small problem easily overcome as the cable cars were easily visible leaving and arriving. We were greeted by Jackie who's sincere warmth put my autistic 14 year old daughter at ease as she talked us through the procedures. I hadn't told anyone she is autistic, they just did that as standard. Fortunately, as it was a school night in London 20th February 2023, the queues were short. The staff we encountered were all similarly warm and professional.

Absolutely amazing, was worried about the heights and rocking of the car, but was very gentle with amazing views. Staff were absolutely amazing in the shop helping us find our sizes, very polite and chatty to all guests who stop by. The museum was interactive and learnt about the mechanics and workings. Can't beat the hot chocolate in the cafe. Will visit again very soon in summer.

I had my Son birthday on 04.04.23 I planned to take my family out for iCloud Cable Car. So I trace online contact details to enquire if the staff and team can do something to add value to the plan. I spoke to Danielle over the phone and received good news from their team while in a busy Easter week. That the team will facilitate me. On arrival, we visited the Cable Car shop first to build more excitement for the plan. The shop staff was very welcoming and hospitable, including Security. Especially the Supervisor in-house of the shop. She put extra value to our day by taking our family pictures in the shop. The Manager Rizvan has done his best to accommodate us in all cases. I'm blessed to be assisted and escorted by Mr. Rizvan, Thank you very much, Sir. All the Welcoming Cable Car staff and Shop staff made our trip and my Son 1st birthday memorable with great videos and pictures. I'm grateful to choose your venue it was full-on worth it. Thank you very much to all the hospitable staff team for giving a great customer experience.

Despite disastrous journey on Uber boat ( get there a different way if at all possible- we waited over an hour for the boat! ) the cable car experience was faultless and fun. Toilet area is still being developed, but cute shop/ cafe and photo opportunities before boarding. Currently allowing each group their own “ cabin” which I worried would cause ( another!) long wait - but we hopped straight on. Clean, pretty cabins , brilliant views, friendly staff and smooth running. Well worth the £ and journey even though the round trip is short. Amazing bird’s eye view of 02, City Hall, Canary Wharf towers. Relaxing and fun trip.
