My husband and I did a private tour with Tim on 12/30/21. We had the most wonderful time. Our tour was to see some of the James Bond Locations, but we got so MUCH more than that. Tim has so much knowledge on London and great recommendations. I recommend booking Tim for a tour in London. It was one of the highlights of our trip and one we will always remember.

We hired Tim to take our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) around central London on our first afternoon in London. What makes Tim so special is that he completely adapts to the group's needs. When we were energized, he fit a lot in. When we were tired, he adapted. His knowledge and stories are really interesting and I learned so much about London that I didn't know. Also the next day Tim sent us a very thoughtful follow up email with additional suggestions of where to eat and what to do that matched up exactly with what we had asked him about. I would highly recommend Tim!

We enjoyed four lovley days with blue sky in London and had two amazing and interesting tours with Tim. Tim gave us everything we needed to know about london in a very fresh and interesting way. The whole family tried to refresh their school english and if necessary, Tim helped with his perfect german. Even the kids loved the tours. We are looking forward to the next visit.

We had an amazing day with Tim at the Tower of London and then afterwards on our walk to Borough Market. He provided so much additional history and context to what we were seeing. Tim is funny, knowledgable and overall a fantastic addition to our trip. Thank you Tim! Next time we visit, we meet at the pub for a drink!

Friends recommended Tim as a brilliant guide for private Tours in London and they were absolutely right, it was just perfect. Tim transfers excellent historic knowledge plus up to date topics in the most likeable, entertaining and informative way.
Excellent German but give it a try in english (or a mixture of both languages) as Tims easy to understand pronunciation is a truly joyful preparation for the next english lesson/exam for school kids.
I would definitely book another tour on our next visit.

We (German teachers and 12th graders) had the pleasure today to have Tim as our tour guide through London on our first day here. It couldn’t have been more fun, informative and delightful. Absolutely would recommend!

We (5 friends) just spent 7 hours touring London with Tim and had THE BEST time!! His knowledge of the history, his wonderfully engaging sense of humor and his love of His job was both engaging and contagious. We saw the amazing Westminster Abbey, walked St. James Park, saw the amazing flowers and the Royal Horses and Band on parade, saw Buckingham Palace and then onto St. Pail’s cathedral, and The Tower of London. Tim is amazing I would tour again with him in a heartbeat!

A friend and I recently visited London and were privileged to have Tim as our private tour guide! He knows everything about London (and then some) and points out things you’d likely miss on your own. He knows the history of everything London, and also knows the best times to see the “must see” events. He also knows where the fabulous (and sometimes hidden) lunch spots are and will make sure you get a lovely table. He was a great sport and even tolerated a quick trip to Harrod’s so that I could see how wonderful the shopping is. Do yourself a favor and reserve Tim as your guide when visiting London. When I return, I will definitely give him a “bell!”

We (Austrian family of 4: parents and 2 kids 13 and 14 years old) had the pleasure to spend 3 mornings (3,5 hours/day) with Tim. I booked him weeks before because of his extraordinary reviews on Tripadvisor and we had some nice email correspondence about our interests in the beginning.
On the first day he picked us up from our hotel at Tower Hill and we started our tour through the Tower of London, the crown jewels… "The city of London"
Tim knows the town and all its sights and hidden treasures like his „Westentasche“ as well as all the historical background.
We asked him to do the tours in English but we soon found out, that his German is better than our English ever will be. Anyway, English it was, sometimes interrupted with some sort of „Denglish“ - We laughed a lot with Tim. He has not only a profound knowledge of everything concerning the British capital but also a great sense of humor! Time flew and the following 2 days we did the so called „Royal London“- and the „Greenwich“- Tour. Tim made us show up for the changing of the guard right in time on the best spot for taking pictures. Without Tim we would not have seen half of the sights in that amount of time and none of the less known things that make this city so unique. He left no question unanswered, no detail disregarded.
Back home again we still talk about Tim and his gentle, polite and funny way of winning us over and to wow us. We still talk in English with „Timstyle“ interruption by German „Wörter“… Whenever we will be back in London we will meet again, that’s for sure!
