We (Austrian family of 4: parents and 2 kids 13 and 14 years old) had the pleasure to spend 3 mornings (3,5 hours/day) with Tim. I booked him weeks before because of his extraordinary reviews on Tripadvisor and we had some nice email correspondence about our interests in the beginning.
On the first day he picked us up from our hotel at Tower Hill and we started our tour through the Tower of London, the crown jewels… "The city of London"
Tim knows the town and all its sights and hidden treasures like his „Westentasche“ as well as all the historical background.
We asked him to do the tours in English but we soon found out, that his German is better than our English ever will be. Anyway, English it was, sometimes interrupted with some sort of „Denglish“ - We laughed a lot with Tim. He has not only a profound knowledge of everything concerning the British capital but also a great sense of humor! Time flew and the following 2 days we did the so called „Royal London“- and the „Greenwich“- Tour. Tim made us show up for the changing of the guard right in time on the best spot for taking pictures. Without Tim we would not have seen half of the sights in that amount of time and none of the less known things that make this city so unique. He left no question unanswered, no detail disregarded.
Back home again we still talk about Tim and his gentle, polite and funny way of winning us over and to wow us. We still talk in English with „Timstyle“ interruption by German „Wörter“… Whenever we will be back in London we will meet again, that’s for sure!

I recently traveled to London and then onto France with high school students. Tim was our tour guide. I cannot say enough about Tim and his expertise, calm manner, and wonderful sense of humor. We had a fabulous time. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much. Tim is animated, funny, well organized, flexible, open, and fun to be with. He makes history really interesting and he makes each day memorable. His joie de vivre is truly infectious. You are guaranteed a fabulous experience if you have Tim as your guide. Highly recommend !!

Welcomed me and my group with a warm greeting at the airport and continued to guide us in a friendly atitude til the end of our trip. Very organized guide and knows what he is doing exactly, has a very well planned schedule and made sure all of us was comfortable with the hotels and activities he had planned for. Overall, great tour guide, definitely recommend.

I have never had a better time in Europe then when traveling with Tim. In my opinion, what makes Tim perfect is his flexibility and awesome attitude. Tim is so knowledgable that he can relate to all tastes and all ages. If you like art, history, science, or just a great restaurant or fun pub, Tim is the man to show you to the proper place. Tim is educated, respectful, and extremely professional. On top of that, Tim speaks perfect English, French, and German - this makes traveling through most of Europe fun and easy. My wife and I just returned from a trip with Tim and we cannot wait until the next time. Thank you Tim!

Friends recommended Tim as a brilliant guide for private Tours in London and they were absolutely right, it was just perfect. Tim transfers excellent historic knowledge plus up to date topics in the most likeable, entertaining and informative way.
Excellent German but give it a try in english (or a mixture of both languages) as Tims easy to understand pronunciation is a truly joyful preparation for the next english lesson/exam for school kids.
I would definitely book another tour on our next visit.

My husband and I went with our children to London for Christmas. We decided to hire Tim as our guide to see Westminster Abbey and the surrounding area for three hours. It was the best decision of the trip! Tim's knowledge of Westminster and the areas we visited was impressive and he catered his tour to our interests. He's the best! We were meeting friends the following night who wanted to eat while viewing the London skyline and Tim not only recommended the restaurant, but he also called and booked a table for us! We asked about where to find an authentic neighborhood English pub and the ones he suggested made us feel like real Londoners. The next time we go to London, we'll book another tour with Tim. He's a great guide and my family considers him a new friend, too!

Recently I had the opportunity to tour England and France through EF Tours and had Tim as the tour guide. We were greeted at the airport with a warm welcome and at the end of the tour Tim escorted us back for our journey home. In-between Tim shared with us his passion and love for England and its history and beauty. Never have I had a more experienced, knowledgeable, or enthusiastic tour guide. I left the airport with tears, because I was leaving a friend behind. Tim and I were not strangers, but friends who had not met till that trip.

Tim creates an overall exciting and engaging environment for any of his tour member to be a part of. He is great at telling a story about a historic location and infusing all the tidbits of dates and accounts that make it easy to listen and learn. His pace was excellent; never too fast or slow. And he also gives consideration to what the client might want in order to maximize their experience in London. He has a genuine enthusiasm about him to have the people enjoy their tour which many guides I've had never seem to share. My wife and I went through the Tower of London, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and to Buckingham Palace with Tim and it was one of the most fact filled tours I've ever had without feeling overwhelmed. I fully recommend Tim to anyone going through London who would like an unforgettable tour experience.

This was my first trip out of the United States, so I was a bit nervous to say the least. Our tour was through Gwynedd Mercy College where my wife was currently attending. When we got there we were welcomed by a very friendly tour guide who made our trip so organized, and enjoyable I felt at home. If you are going to London I highly recommend using Tim as your guide. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. You will love your time in London when he is your guide!

My husband and I did a private tour with Tim on 12/30/21. We had the most wonderful time. Our tour was to see some of the James Bond Locations, but we got so MUCH more than that. Tim has so much knowledge on London and great recommendations. I recommend booking Tim for a tour in London. It was one of the highlights of our trip and one we will always remember.
