Took a spin on the ice after a day of Christmas shopping in the CW malls. Really lively, open-air experience, with plenty festive lights and a cool LED screen. Enjoyed a drink in the bar afterwards. Very shocked by the negative reviews below; I found...More

Way too many people Sunday 16th Dec 4pm. No cover/roof as in prior years, although some reviews still refer to roof and best skate in London, it's far from anything special.. Staff seemed friendly. Go to somewhere with atmosphete, unless it's your local rink..

This was my first time this winter. Comparing with last year: * no roof - good luck when it rains. * the rink feels much smaller * it was very crowded * after 15 mins the ice was very uneven

Hi Eliska, thanks for your question. We do advise pre-booking peak sessions - especially during December - to avoid disappointment.

Yes you can observe and not skate. There is a nice bar there and also an outside area where you can take photos and skate. They also sell waffles outside, which smell delicious. The venue is really nice.
