Definetely not the place to be, not the place to go, not decent, not worth a penny; Someone with commonsence should never cross this door. Shame on this poor managment

Misleading sell you tables For my 30th birthday I booked an area for 25 people, i was told they would accommodate 15 seating and 10 standing - i was fine with this. When I arrived we had been allocated a table for 5! I'm not kidding...When questioned the waitress was told this is meant to be just an area to... More

I was attending my friend's birthday and we eneded up in this place, for dinner - partially the rain to blame for this. So we ordered some dinner which was really nice and the burgers were amazingly well cooked. A decent service to begin with from the staff upon arrival, which shifted as other people started to arrive (baring in... More

I have been here many times with friends and we always have a fun time and a bit of a crazy night. I wouldnt say it's the best bar in anyway, but it is easy to get a drink, you don't have to queue for ages. The staff are friendly and the music pretty fun to dance to. The decoration... More

I organised my friends Hen party here over the weekend and it was so much fun. The staff are really attentive and friendly, the music is awesome, it's a great atmosphere full of people out to have a good night, not at all pretentious. I was looking for a London bar/club that we could reserve an area/table for 10 people.... More

I went here last summer after having been a few times before, one of whoch was a work function and another a party. The bar is lovely, great vibe inside, good music, great variety of cocktails, friendly staff. For me the prices were just a little too high. £140 for a sharing cocktail. The area is pricey in general, but... More

We recently used Kanaloa for a corporate drinks party- great venue, location is perfect with good transport links. Excellent range of cocktails and the food was a good standard also. Good value for money especially during Happy Hour. The team were very helpful during the planning stages and during the event itself. Highly recommended.

Went there for a few drinks with friends and really enjoyed it. Well prepared cocktails, not strong tho, and superb atmosphere. Didnt really think I was gonna enjoy it that much. The only bad thing is that the drinks were VERY expensive. 36 Pounds for 4 shots is way too much

The attitude of the door staff has completely put me off of this club. I was out for one of my friends hen do and they just ruined my night. There are much better places in London with nicer door staff

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
