Visited London this week and had a City Bus tour. Thoroughly recommend to view our Beautiful city. The drivers were helpful and informative. They must get asked hundreds of questions daily yet they were so helpful and polite.

We had an awful experience on the City tours in London. They staff was unprofessional, inappropriate info given. Did not clarify where the stop was or what you had seen until you passed the spot. I would go on Big Bus or another tour - but NOT City Tours

Wen to London for the weekend and had pre booked the tour. After getting off the tube in the totally wrong place I decided to find a bus and start our tour( I wanted to drop out luggage at the hotel). We started the tour around 10am in Regent Street. The guide in the bus was brilliant very informative and knowledgeable. We saw all the main sights and then got off to do the river tour. We hadn't had our ticket validated on the bus as the Big Bis Tour staff needed to do this. When we got off the bus to find the boat there were staff that could do this. I found them a bit disinterested and dismissive. I think they would rather sell tickets to fresh customers and found the prepaid guests an inconvenience. We then went on the river tour which was very good again the staff were very informative and helpful. We were able to get off the boat at Greenwhich. There was a 30 minute break and a kind member of staff kept my case for me. Once off the boat we had to find the bus again. Again staff weren't that helpful or friendly at the bus stop. This bus didn't have a guide. I didn't put my headphones in but I'm guessing it would have been slightly more interesting had I done so. All in all I would recommend the tour. The street staff need training you can tell they are sales people who don't care about customers really. The other tour guides make up for it. They were great and made our weekend.

I ride big city tour bus yesterday in London to have sightseeing around London. The lady in the bus tht sells ticket to us said you can hop in and hop off anytime in the big city tours stop point. The last bus you can ride is 7 pm. Initially all is ok, but at my last point (The Tower of London), i've already wait from 5.30 pm till 7 pm on the big city tour stop point, it never show. But other hop on hop off company always show every 10 minutes until 7 pm. So, with the cold weather and light raining, i must walk again to take underground to go to my hotel... Maybe next time I bettet take another hop on hop off company when i visit London... I really dissapointed
