Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

WHY WOULD YOU PUT A SERVICE CHARGE ON DRINKS ORDERED AT THE BAR?!

Bars need to stop this distasteful practice. I'm in a tiny minority of people who say no to it as most people are too scared to or don't want the awkwardness. This is creeping everywhere in London. This is Peckham, not Mayfair.

Frank’s, situated on top of an old multi level car park has a great buzz and a great place to witness a breathtaking sunset over the skyline of London. The location itself is an unexpected gem, the old car park has been transformed into a unique and vibrant setting. Stepping onto the rooftop you have a real sense of a fun and chilled vibe. Defiantly save for a sunny Day!!

The drinks are the same as any pub, maybe more limited and the service was ok. Overall was a fine experience, best for a sunny day

Was so excited to visit franks after seeing so many of my friends visit. The view is lovely and the stairs are very Instagram friendly but the toilets !? I’ve seen festival toilets that are nicer. The toilet seat is over a massive pit of everyone else’s waste, and instead of flushing you have to throw sawdust down ‘to hide the smell’ (which it does not). It’s a shame because I would have returned if it wasn’t for that!

Great Bloody Mary and a good price at £6.
Shame they won’t do bar snacks whilst they serve brunch, seems a missed opportunity for some easy bread and olives...

The view is still wonderful. But this is their strong suit. The drinks are quite expensive and not amazing; very watery and we wondered whether the cocktails actually contained alcohol. Then the brunch/lunch; I LOVE the mushrooms, but it seems to always come on burned toast. We order 3 different things, all on burned toast (and not a little bit burned either). So we asked for new ones, which we got BUT again BURNED toast. We had a look at other peoples plates and they all left the burned toast. We did not receive an apology or anything, actually we got quite a bad vibe from the staff - not happy and perhaps lost their patience a little. Which is understandable, cause evenings get CRAZY busy.

Frank’s Cafe is an excellent place to go for a drink or street food with friends to chill and spend some time admiring the view!

The place has an art installation, hipster kind of venue but also families come as well.

Highly recommended +

Was a really interesting find. Weather wasn’t great but lovely views over London. Only had drinks but the menu looked promising.

It’s not summertime in London for me without spending time at Franks, I love this place it has the best vibe of any of the summer pop up bars. Best views from a rooftop in the area... the bartenders are all friendly despite how busy the place is. Great for bigger groups.
