Purchased the most expensive tickets for the show but we were a bit late due to the traffic. On arrival were told by very rude and arrogant member of the staff, that it's our problems and someone is there already. Tough luck! Well... we accepted further seats, but those young people literally grabbed my wrist and pulled me to the new seats, mumbling some absolutely inappropriate words. People around were absolutely shocked! During the break I came back to ask to get my purchased seats back, but were rudely informed, that if I am not happy, I can leave the show with my partner. Both employees were sarcastic and laughing in our faces. I complained to the management later but received very nasty reply back. Theatre should look for the new management team. It is my second bad experience with the members of the staff in this theatre.

We went to the Saturday matinee and wow 😮 did we have a great time. In my opinion the theatre has one of the best lay outs that ensures that everyone has a great view. That said we had a very fit 91 year old in our party and in hindsight you need to consider this when booking your seats due to the number of stairs and no lifts. The show itself is easy listening and a great “good feeling” story which is made even more extraordinary by the fact that you have gifted youngsters actually playing the instruments. A fab afternoon great entertainment and recommended for all round family entertainment.

The theatre itself is one of the best in the west end in my opinion in terms of view of the stage. I have been to this theatre many times and there is hardly a bad seat in the house. Even their restricted view seats have a decent view. Compared to some theatres in London - the New London is wonderful.

We have seen several west end shows and this one is one of our favourites. The reasonably small theatre makes you feel as if you are watching a ‘Battle of the Band contest’ The children were extremely talented and shocked many of the audience with their talent! I would recommend this for any age as the whole family enjoyed it!
