Our tour begins at Great Portland Street Tube Station and takes us through well-known parts of the West End, before finishing at Rathbone Place (close to Oxford Street). The tour lasts approximately two and a half hours, and includes a free copy of Orwell's classic Politics and the English Language.

Very interesting tour, with many segues about life in London, the best pubs, the lives of artists, architecture, London's civic life and British politics. A great way to learn about the heart of London, as well as the English language's finest writer

Our family really enjoyed the tour. It was interesting to get a sense of Orwell the person, as well to hear how he made use of London in his writing. If you are at all into Orwell's work, it's definitely worthwhile

A very interesting tour including real life locations that inspired fictional places in Orwell's books. The tour also includes places that Orwell frequented, and finishes at a pub where Orwell drank.
