Security guard on shift tonight 23/05/23, ruined my 22st birthday completely, had one pint out and he didn’t let me in and let all my pals in without a blink of an eye. I am a member aswell. Very disappointed and wouldn’t receive this kind of behaviour at a Grovsner casino. Very dissatisfied.

Enjoyed our evening, however food and drink service was extremely slow in the restaurant area. I was told 20 mins after ordering my order wasn’t available, so I changed it for something else at a lesser cost. The lady in the restaurant was very nice and helpful and said we could get complimentary extra starter, this never arrived even after we had our mains, so actually spent more and got less. The guy behind the bar in the terrace bar was extremely rude and his customer service skills were zero. My partner ordered a couple of cocktails, he replied I don’t feel like making cocktails tonight, then took his order and got another girl to make them for him. I then went to order a couple more, his reply to me when I ordered was I knew I’d regret taking your order! Absolutely astounded, he then proceeded to taste the drinks with a straw, the glasses weren’t filled up and he said do you like yours strong as he had obviously made it wrong? Wasn’t nice at all, and the presentation wasn’t the same, plus I had to ask for the Prosecco to go with it which he just topped up the drink with. Other people could see his behaviour standing next to me at the bar and were just as astounded at his lack of care, attention and customer service, he is clearly in the wrong job. It’s a shame as it could be such a good place for an evening out, the guy singing was fantastic and it was a good atmosphere, just a shame these couple of things let it down.

There is no well-being or focus on health or any duty of care. A ex colleague spoke to me about how return to works were not done correctly so they was not supported with sickness or health issues as the company does not care , lateness wasn’t followed up for many colleagues - they don’t want to know anything they just need you to do a job Many colleagues in this location dismissed unfairly without any processes followed or respect given to the colleague. Shocked and disappointed I hope all colleagues read their contracts and know where they stand and if need support seek it! @richardnoble I hope things change

This place is anything but not friendly. Too long to register, too long to pay out, slots are weird, weird atmosphere in the whole casino. I left this place after 5 minutes of gambling (30 min in total). And for sure, not coming back. On the other hand is good to find out, that there are much better places…

The cash game on poker is fixed. There is players working with dealers who cheat against you. The automatic shuffler is rigged and the dealer will never cut the cards after. A lot of the players are disguised workers to help bring in revenue

Your croupiers are grossly inexperienced. I am a seasoned roulette player I play up and down this country and I can safely say that your roulette croupiers do not have a clue of how to hand out pay outs. The spin times are ridiculous, they all need to be retrained bar the very odd exception. You do not have enough tables open for customers, people lean over you, knock over your chips not an enjoyable evening at all. Much more superior casino chains out there I visit them regularly!! You won’t have my custom again, very tatty and rough casino. Bar staff are adequate but you do not staff your bar with enough of them so the wait times for drinks is also ridiculous. The competition have left you way behind.
