I spent 30£ on this tour and was not pleased. There were three major problems. 1) The tour guide had a very strong accent which I could not understand. 2) the audio system on the bus was poor, and 3) I spent a lot of time waiting FOR the bus, or waiting ON the bus. After 30 minutes going nowhere... More

This tour was full of crappy one liners and little actual history of the city. The busses were late and the staff impolite. There are tons of other bus tours to choose from so do yourself a favor and pick a different one! I have also been on big bus before and they have quality tours. Problem is they are... More

We booked the bus tour thinking it would be a great way to see the sights of London with the kids without walking for miles with them. The activity pack and commentary for the kids was good. However, we felt the bus tour was overpriced considering we spent most of the tour stuck in traffic and got caught up in... More

Bought 3 x 48 hour tickets. Busses were always late. Drivers were unhelpful. The signs on the bus stops are wrong ie. bus stop indicates a blue bus should stop there, but it does not. Note to others: Use the map booklet to plan your bus changes as that is accurate. Based on the buss top signs, we waited for... More

Did the yellow tour, and they explain well. This tour is only in English. The red tour that do 80% of the yellow has translation in many languages.

The timetable it is not real almost never respected and the waiting is atrocious. For the good part: the guides are very good. Funny and very knowledgeable. History rumours prices, they know all regarding everything. The routes are very well chosen and you get an amazing London experience.

Prices were competitive, staff and the routes excellent. Hop on and hop off, I don't think so. Was told busses frequent the bus stops every 20 minutes. Didn't time every wait but seemed more like 30. In the end we walked or caught a cab. Lost a lot of time and didn't see everything we wanted to. Would rather use... More

I have used this company now three times (twice with my children and this time with friends). They have modified the blue route to ease frustration with London traffic and it is a good idea- and shows how on their game this company is. They have the friendliest drivers and staff! The commentary is informative and witty- there are plenty... More

We understand traffic is horrible and different bus start at different locations. We must have seen at least 3 to 4 of the other bus tours before we saw one of theirs. Yes so definitely be aware, the Big Bus of London and the Golden Tour was much more frequent by far by our observations.

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
