Would not recommend the massage. Disappointed and feel that it is overpriced. I think that my sister booked this without looking at the reviews - would definitely not have booked if had read them.

This was my first time receiving a facial so wasn't really sure what to expect, but I thought it was lovely. The staff were friendly and I felt relaxed the whole time. I would definitely visit again and would recommend to others. The treatments are a bit pricey (hence the 'Very Good' rating) so I would recommend looking for vouchers... More

I was sceptical after I read some of the reviews on here but the hair stylist was very friendly and gave me on of the best haircuts I've had in years. Also, a brilliant blow dry. I will be visiting again soon just for hair styling!!

his is the worst treatment I have ever had. It wasn't made clear what I was having, the beauty therapist seems dis-interested and lazy. The facial was basic, I could have done this at home as a daily routine. The head massage was strange and she scratched my scalp with her nails which wasn't relaxing. The after care talk she... If you're coming here expecting an actual spa, you'll be sorely disappointed. The name is thoroughly misleading, this is simply a slightly shabby room with hair and nails shoved in one. I arrived in good time for my appointment but was kept waiting for 35 mins with no apology. While I was waiting, a lady was having her nails done... More

I got a gift voucher from friends at work for Christmas for a manicure for 2 people. I took my 20 year old daughter as a treat. Both of us were excited at spending girlie quality time. From the day I picked up the phone to make an appointment, I encountered a very rude and abrupt receptionist over the phone.... More

I had an Haircut and Blow dry on Friday 2 September and I will surely visit this spa again. The hairdresser helped me to decide which would the best style be for my hair and blow dried my hair perfectly (one of the best around the area), Great quality price! The staff at reception is furthermore very caring, I was... More

Overall really poor experience. After reading some negative reviews I was sceptical, however decided to give them a chance anyways since my boyfriend bought me a voucher as a gift. I booked a massage and facial. The spa itself is old and needs upgrading. The massage was just okay, the lady was really sweet but I have definitely had much... More

I brought the Chelsea girl package as a treat for myself. This treatment includes an Indian head massage but as I have hair extensions I can't get oil on my hair, and the receptionist at booking was extremely helpful and swapped it for a back massage. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed to fill out a card, however I... More

I came on a quiet weekday with a friend for a deluxe manicure. The salon is very small and quite pokey, I can't imagine when it's full it would be a very relaxing experience. While we were there the manager was conducting a job interview a metre from where I was having my nails done which I found to be... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
