Nothing works well, studio classes are good but the rest is not working. Unreliable staff, rude and arrogant, over crowded dirty and smelly changing rooms.

The entrance fee was expensive...over £6 for non members. Too many of the lockers in the women's changing room were broken and in desperate need of refurbishment. The pool area is dated and looks grubby. There is no cafe but drink machines in a seating...More

The mens change room is like a dirty sauna. The air conditioning is broken and has been for ages. The drains are constantly blocked with smelly water pooling onto the change room floors. What a disgusting hot and smelly place. Also the hairdryers are blocked...More

The main ladies toilet area is awful. Dirty toilets, wet loo paper in the basins and strewn on the floor. Nobody ever appears to be cleaning them. The squash courts are grubby and dusty which smells horrible and makes the floor very slippery. There is...More

It's a horrible place with lazy people, We can't use nothing in the gym because it has more customers that it should and it's full. I cancel my contract and 2 months latter still waiting for my refund.

Lively pool(s) in central London but somewhat marred by lifeguards who (as with all the facilities run by Better) can't be bothered to enforce the shower before swim rule. The recently refurbished changing rooms have a nice spacious feel, and the shower area rather cosy...More

The pool is full-sized and good for lap-swimming, but I was clobbered by a swimmer in the recreational area (I was pool-running in place). This swimmer kept clobbering me every time she went by, seemingly not noticing. Weird! Lifeguard was no help. Weight room was...More

Happy class instructors , good solid routines . A wide range of facilities to suit. Bathrooms occasionally messy because of all the children not using it properly coming in and out from the swimming pools

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than
most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely
residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames,
