Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a wonderful “Aladdins Cave”! Such a variety of items, from beautiful silver rings and brooches to writing desks, tables and tea sets. There is something here for everyone. Take your time to delve into every nook and cranny of the displays as you never know what gems you will find.

We’ve been visiting here for a long time now and there is nothing better than a friendly chat with the lovely staff whilst picking up some fabulous items.

Highly recommended to anyone who, like me, loves finding a treasure or just seeing items that remind you of days gone by!

Found this by accident and I was really pleased we did. Although much of the stuff for sale was not what I'd buy I did enjoy looking and walking around. There is a good choice of vintage clothing and handbags and lots of knick knacks too.

I was drawn in by some unusual chimney pots and ended up having a bit of a browse in the outdoor display area of this shop. They have so many strange and unusual things that if you are looking for something for the garden or just to find an unusual gift or something for yourself, it is worth a visit...

Although we didn't buy anything here it was great to browse. There's such choice if you're looking for some fab finds for ages gone by. It was great to see how much well preserved stock they have.

We've often visited the 'Vintage Emporium' at Crews Hill, Enfield, and have invariably bought something. Often there are bargains to be had, especially when stall holders need to clear space. Earlier this year my daughter bought a matching pair of fabulous dining chairs for under £10.00.
On our visit today, we were looking for something for my wife to buy for my birthday, as she reckons I'm difficult to buy for. I fancied a silver topped walking stick, very stylish for just £20.00, so that's what she bought. She also bought an unusual tea strainer, and a small magnifying glass, both for only £6.00 each.
Some of the stalls are owned by the proprietors, but most are rented by other dealers. The stock on display changes almost daily, so it's worth going more than once. There's no admission charge, and parking is free, so you can browse at your leisure with no obligation to buy anything. There's no cafe on site, but there are several nearby, and there's a pub just across the road.
There's a very wide range of goods on show, including genuine antiques, and collectables of many types. They often have some very good 2nd hand designer clothes, coats, etc, but these won't usually stay for long. It's an unusual place, with a colourful and almost bewildering lot of items on display, both outside and inside.

This is an endless shop of shops, you enter through a yard with exterior items (old building signs, quirky garden benches and decorative items) and go into a store which has lots of little rented sections with mainly secondhand treasures, grime home wares to collectables, vintage clothing, large artifacts, furniture..... The list is endless really. You have to see for yourself. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a must visit
