The worst sub standard service and the worst sub quality make of Jewelry . My diamond came out 3 times from my wedding band after 8 years and they made be pay each time . Now they still hold my ring 10 months . They told me they would make me a brand new one .To my surprise , it was totally different and they are trying to tell me that it’s the same . I noticed immediately that it was a higher setting and they are insisting that my ring used to be like the new one they made. So basically to cut a long story short ‘ my ring has become smaller over years... They are insulting my intelligence and their own coming up with such a story. Luckily i had bought two at the time and I compared them. They are now trying to get me to give them also my other one, when they have already my ring with the missing diamond . If they would only make me the exact same band I would be happy instead of making up silly stories that diamonds and gold diminishes evenly all the way around and the ring has become smaller over time . The dispute continues ...... I even asked for my money back and they have not replied to this , nor have they replied to my last email a month ago . Shameful . I will now take this further . Please wish me luck as I really don’t need to have this extra stress this year ,it has been extremely stressful not only with COVID but I lost my mother too . Now I lost my stone and I am being treat as if it’s my fault only because I will not accept a ring that has a higher setting to my original and it does not fit well with my other bands how it sits . I went along with my friend who was buying a ring. We had never visited Cartier before and unsure what to expect, but from the moment we entered we were looked after very well. All the staff are very attentive and you never feel pressured when looking at items. We were offered beverages and chocolates and Philippa looked after us very well,nothing was to much trouble. Although the shop was busy we were never made to feel rushed.It was a lovely experience and well worth a visit. We would highly recommend.…

Went to Harrods to buy a watch,not just an everyday watch,but from the fine watch department.Cartier told to wait to see an assistant!!!!! Hey i'm looking at spending,OK wait what at the counter???? I was absolutely amazed by the service could not have been better, very friendly offered teas and coffees and helped us package them in pouches and gave my mother a pouch for her Cartier that she brought years ago. Staff were amazing and I could not have been happier, I brought the new santos Dumont and it’s an incredible watch. Very very happy 100% recommend this store.…
